Pros: Never rented or even went to ACE.

Cons: That they allow pigs like you guys to take people money. They shouldn't work with you guys because it brings their customer service score down. Ace was perfect, it's Discovercars.com that took my money for no reason. Where is my money.
Pros: Mr. King was amazing and went out of his way to provide my girlfriend and I some places to visit and explore in Utah during our trip.
Pros: The service guy at the counter was wonderful-some of the best customer service we have experienced as was Brandy at the drop off. Top notch people.
Cons: The time spent waiting to pick up the car was long but I know that was not the fault of the staff. They were either understaffed or it was a lack of available cars after covid.
Pros: Computer system problems had the place very backed up at pickup. Employees were dealing with grumpy clients fairly well. The pickup process was a little confusing, but folks were able to get through issues fairly quickly.
Cons: I was offered to upgrade, for an extra fee because they didn’t have the size of car I reserved. Should not and would not pay extra. Found a car in the right size, but then tried to downsize me to a smaller car. When I went to drive away, the car didn’t match my paperwork and they tried to make me change cars. I told them to please correct the paperwork, to which they obliged. Problems arise, but these were not normal and not necessary. It was kind of frustrating to have to deal with.

Cons: all good
Pros: Can drop off the car but then you wait awhile for the shuttle. What's worse is, instead of the shuttle dropping you off at the terminal, they take you back to the rental car area of the airport where there was at least a 30 min wait.
Cons: Smoke smelling car. Not clean at all. Glad I had lysol wipes. When I was done wiping, my wipes were brown!
Pros: Not the vehicle I originally requested. Gas hog !!
Cons: Too slow and to much pressure
Pros: The car selection was good for me location was easy to find and shuttle service was on time.
Cons: So slow to get the car most of down time was waiting in line for other customers. Maybe a person that can check online reservations or kiosks . Also pay someone alot to listen to complaints so the rest of us can get to the counter and get our keys.
Pros: Easy return of rental, staff was patient with my questions, car in good condition
Cons: My receipt said “at pick up pay this amount $217.63”, deposit was already $86.17, and my total was going to be $303.80 (excluded the “holding fee” which was explained in the terms and condition). At Ace rent a car my grand total was $421.76 (and add $300 which is the holding fee), remember I already deposited $86.17. So I was being charged over $500? Ace was charging for additional rental insurance, additional taxes and fees that were not in the terms and conditions or my original receipt????
Pros: Affordable for the most part.
Cons: Seemed to have a bad wheel bearing or tire out of balance in the rear. The most frustrating was the customer service. I called 2 days prior to my drop off with no answer, I then sent an email with no response. I finally got in touch with someone at customer service the day of my drop off to request dropping off a few hours later due to my flight schedule. I was told sure, and that I would not face any late fee. While there was no late fee, I was charged a full days rate instead of pro rated.
Cons: The whole experience
Pros: The drop off personnel was very nice and helpful.
Cons: When the car broke down they did not answer their phones. Corporate also could not reach them and they could not help me either.
