Cons: it took us about an hour from the time we walked in till we left with the car. all the information about the 2 drivers and licenses needed to be entered in your system again. I think these things can be done before online and it saves a lot of time. we were not happy about that.

Cons: I was just pointed to 3 cars and told pick one of them, not a very personal service, and the truck I got had dents all over it, I went round and took photos, but nobody talked me over the truck, assessed predamage and the truck didn't have a cover like advertised on the site, I thought I t would and could store baggage in it, but instead had to be in view in the rear seats

Pros: It was the first time we rent car in US. Phil is the guy who took care of us in Las Vegas. I forgot my pin code for my credit card so I had to dig down to find(he was calm enough to wait on me). I went back to Phil, again, he was still very polite and at the end we made it. On the dropping of the car we met Andrew. He was very friendly and gave us 50$ discount and also some guidance around question I had. Overall great service from Phil and Andrew

Pros: Staff were helpful, attentive and sorted everything out.

Cons: The original car I was given was faulty and I was stopped at the barrier before I left the rental place, which was well spotted, good job by Alomo. In the end I left with a car after the third attempt as the other two had some defects. Even though their was an extended time spent taking my luggage out , the staff were very helpful and calm.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium location fee, Vehicle registration fee, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, Surcharges.
Rate excludes
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in English alphabet. Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket.
Cross-border policy
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following States: Canada.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Satellite radio.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.


All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
In no case will a refund be given for unused fuel.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.

If the customer is late for a return for more than 29 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges. The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
