Pros: Customer service was good
Cons: Car had damage on driver and passenger side, plus empty drinks cans left inside car
Cons: They charged me additional 162$ with no explanation.
Pros: Nice car
Cons: Had to wait in line for 45 minutes and then persuaded into some of the extra "upgrades" so six days of rental came to nearly £1000!! car body work was not good. There was no address in the glove box to put in the navigation on return. Most importantly, still waiting for the deposit to be returned!

Cons: Very poor customer services for break down, even though I was assured it covered everything. Never answered, never knew what to do or send. Total rubbish. Even recovery driver got annoyed with them

Pros: Prompt customer service and friendly staff, got us in and out efficiently with no issues
Cons: A very minor issue, but would have liked to know the return drop off was different than the pickup, Return was on the side of the building. Again a very minor inconvenience, And I still plan to use Sixt again.

Cons: Car was dirty and all cosmetic issues were not documented. It took awhile to get checked out with everything documented appropriately
