Thrifty at Las Vegas Airport

Cons: After a very long international flight I spent almost two hours in line waiting to pick up the car. The agent told me that this was a regular occurence.

Pros: Everything except the pick up speed. Had to wait over 1 hour.

Cons: Main Thrifty Desk closed ( early afternoon) and had to use Dollar Desk. Wait time 1 hour. Las Vegas Airport.

Pros: Clean car

Cons: Long wait line for car service counter

Pros: Great service agents,

Cons: Too busy without enough staff for a busy Friday night.

Pros: everything great but long time to check in even though i pre- regestered

Cons: too long to get car

Pros: Dirty vehicle inside and out. No car mats in the vehicle. I received a vehicle with an empty gas tank!

Cons: Did not receive the vehicle class that I paid for. Receive a lower class vehicle at pick up!

Pros: Quickness

Cons: A hidden $5 cost at the counter.

Pros: cost was fair

Cons: the line was OVER AN HOUR to get the car! Then the agent said i would have to wait another 30 minutes!

Pros: The stuff in the actual pick up and drop off area of the airport were very friendly and efficient.

Cons: Thrifty agent at the counter inside the facility at airport were gone and the agent from a different company was rude and we were told to do everything on line.

Pros: The car reeked of cannabis and was dirty.

Cons: The service was excellent

Cons: The online choose your car wouldnt let me complete it had to go to the counter

Cons: Agent told me that she would charge extra driver fee for my wife. Nevada law says otherwise. She knowingly lied to my face.

Cons: The call rep was rude and curt. Not good customer service.

Cons: My car had a large scrape on the passenger side rear door and I had tried to bring it to the attention of at least three staff members, but they seemed very busy and unconcerned and just brushed me and stating - "Don't worry about it, you're fine, just take a photograph of it before you leave the lot" - leaving me concerned about any additional charges that I did not incur!

Pros: I liked the car - an Encore

Cons: 40 minutes in line waiting to pickup car! Supposed to have online checkin but it didn’t work.

Cons: 1. It misleads customers by saying it is In Terminal. But there is not any car rental company in terminal of LAS at all. Wasted my time to find them. 2. It let me do online check in. I did it but it didn't save me any time! I had to repeat everything on the desk. 3. Their agent tried very hard to sell me the insurance. It bothered me too much and took me too long to check in. 4. Car's AC didn't work. I deserve a compensation on it.

Pros: ease of getting rental

Pros: It was a crappy experience and I demand a refund

Cons: The fact that office was not open when we arrived and no cars were available. And when I tried calling them prior to my arrival to arrange the car no one answered call.

Pros: Good quality car, never gave me any problems. Fast return.

Cons: Unclear whether I can drive to Canada with the car or not. They charged me initially (but refunded me later) for not returning the car with a full tank (the needle was indeed pointing at a full tank).

Cons: Advertised car at airport yet still needed a bus to get the car.

Cons: At the time period of 6pm, there were only three agents and then reduced to two. It took 1hr and 20mins for the pick up

Pros: It was seamless. Spent less than 30 minutes total picking up and dropping off the vehicle. I love that they emailed the information to me vs. standing in a line and returning the car.

Cons: Nothing! Everything was great. Thank you.

Cons: last minute switch to different counter not being told to return to hertz lot

Cons: Poor customer service and did not appreciate when I ordered from thrifty, got a hertz car but only thrifty personnel (longest line) could help….after being told that numerous times - the thrifty counter closed and was told to go to the dollar counter. Very unorganized system!!!

Pros: Overall, very good and efficient.

Cons: We had a problem after picking up our car and trying to leave the airport lot. We were not provided with paperwork and had to wait for someone to bring the paperwork over to the booth because they did not have a functioning hand-held device. This delayed us by about 15 - 20 minutes.

Cons: Overall very poor customer service, speed of service and hidden charges that were completely unexpected. Thrifty was not even open and we were sent to dollar rental cars

Pros: the desk agent was competent

Cons: you gave me a car bnot in the dame class. you fought me for a long time, several calls, you "upgraded" me to the car i was supposed to get, you gave me nothing for my trouble, you charged me a late fee on dropoff on a technicality even though the time i actually had the car (desk conclusion to dropoff paperwork filing) was less than the time i was allotted.

Pros: Freindly and offered different options

Pros: Car was not clean also the key fob did not work so could not lock the car

Cons: Not proper direction where to take the car we kind of figure out ..

Pros: They saved the day after such awful service from discover cars!

Pros: Agent was super attentive to my needs. Informative. Friendly.

Cons: Wait was over 45 mins.(not including processing of paperwork) Not fun when getting off the plane. Then a shuttle. Then to wait. Only 2 agents working the desk. Also I was upset because at first I was told they didn't have the car I reserved and said I was gonna have to get a lesser value car then what I paid for with no discounts. Not sure if it was agent or the company that forces them to do that. I don't want to blame the agent because she made it right at the end.

Cons: Hard to find the car in the garage, far from the rental desk. Need more agents at counter so lines go faster.

Cons: I ordered and paid for a full sized car and they gave me an economy car instead. Wouldn’t fix the problem.

Cons: Counter person was not clear about where/ how to pick up car. He said to go and someone would meet me -- nobody was there.

Pros: Sorry but nothing they gave me a dirty car that had a slow leak i had to pay for air 2 to 3 times a day and i couldn't even get a different car😣

Cons: Everything was wrong i need my money back even the money i had to spend on air. They even put my account in negative while i was on vacation once i got the car i couldn't get anyone on the phone and when i did the lady did not help at all she pissed me off so i took it as a lost until they took my money again
