Pros: Good quality car, never gave me any problems. Fast return.
Cons: Unclear whether I can drive to Canada with the car or not. They charged me initially (but refunded me later) for not returning the car with a full tank (the needle was indeed pointing at a full tank).
Cons: Advertised car at airport yet still needed a bus to get the car.

Cons: At the time period of 6pm, there were only three agents and then reduced to two. It took 1hr and 20mins for the pick up
Pros: It was seamless. Spent less than 30 minutes total picking up and dropping off the vehicle. I love that they emailed the information to me vs. standing in a line and returning the car.

Cons: Poor customer service and did not appreciate when I ordered from thrifty, got a hertz car but only thrifty personnel (longest line) could help….after being told that numerous times - the thrifty counter closed and was told to go to the dollar counter. Very unorganized system!!!
Pros: Overall, very good and efficient.
Cons: We had a problem after picking up our car and trying to leave the airport lot. We were not provided with paperwork and had to wait for someone to bring the paperwork over to the booth because they did not have a functioning hand-held device. This delayed us by about 15 - 20 minutes.

Cons: Overall very poor customer service, speed of service and hidden charges that were completely unexpected. Thrifty was not even open and we were sent to dollar rental cars
Pros: the desk agent was competent
Cons: you gave me a car bnot in the dame class. you fought me for a long time, several calls, you "upgraded" me to the car i was supposed to get, you gave me nothing for my trouble, you charged me a late fee on dropoff on a technicality even though the time i actually had the car (desk conclusion to dropoff paperwork filing) was less than the time i was allotted.

Cons: Wait was over 45 mins.(not including processing of paperwork) Not fun when getting off the plane. Then a shuttle. Then to wait. Only 2 agents working the desk. Also I was upset because at first I was told they didn't have the car I reserved and said I was gonna have to get a lesser value car then what I paid for with no discounts. Not sure if it was agent or the company that forces them to do that. I don't want to blame the agent because she made it right at the end.

Pros: Sorry but nothing they gave me a dirty car that had a slow leak i had to pay for air 2 to 3 times a day and i couldn't even get a different car😣
Cons: Everything was wrong i need my money back even the money i had to spend on air. They even put my account in negative while i was on vacation once i got the car i couldn't get anyone on the phone and when i did the lady did not help at all she pissed me off so i took it as a lost until they took my money again
