Cons: first contact with sales person was very poor/rude, no eye contact, in need of training, people at car pick up were good
Pros: Initially I thought that I had a good deal with comprehensive insurance cover.
Cons: Confusing. No sure who was providing insurance I.e. Eurocar or rental agents. This caused a lot of stress to our holiday and spoiled the rental experience.
Pros: Europcar was not the vendor upon arrival. Europcar went through Advantage Car rental. The fellow was nice but still tried to upsell me after I said no for features that the car I rented already had. (just sort of funny)
Cons: The car I received was dented and very scratched. The car was not clean. there were water spots all over the car, especially the windshield, making the screen very dirty.

Cons: They don't have there counter in airport , they use advantage car services, whose computer don't work , they send us to ez car services, who have only two person to work and they take more than one hour to give us key of the car and also very difficult paper work
Pros: We had a flat tire and had to get it replaced at our cost, the full amount was refunded no problem
Cons: car was a little bashed up
