Pros: They tried to sell extra Insurance plus fuel tank on extra high price. Car got check engine light in middle of trip. I was in middle of no where with no signal. I have to rush in reach of signals then I called dollar company helpline. I was worried and my family also got terrified. Really bad experience. I will complaint about this and post reviews.

Pros: None! A terrible service, waiting 2hrs to get the car, and 20 miles on our way to California, the car starts to showing major engine problems, all lights flashing in the dash. We’ve stopped on the highway 15 South, and tried to reach someone at Dollar… without success! We finally got able to restart the car, but the power wasn’t there. We were able to reach 35 miles per hour, and go back to the return location. A nightmare, I tell you. As soon as we reached the agent, he asked us to return in

Cons: The line… could you imagine? A total disaster as you could get! I don’t know if you know this, stopping on an highway, is putting your lives in danger, and after all, the way these people threaten us, is totally insane!

Cons: Allowed to book a car they didnt have. Would kind of make sense if it was a last minute booking, but 3 weeks out should be enough time to make sure you have it.

Pros: As said process was great from beginning to end. Will recommend and use again.

Pros: After not having the type of vehicle we rented available, we were eventually given the option of any unit in their lot. I ended getting a Toyota Sienna (an upgrade from the compact SUV I had reserved) at no extra cost. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Bottom line: even though they took a little longer to get us into a vehicle, we were very happy with the end product and appreciated the staff.

Pros: The car was the lowest end of L class. Not great. The vehicle was diurty inside and out with items belonging to the last user. Not cleaned at all.

Pros: Nothing to like, you put my family in danger and should never have given me a car that wasn’t road worthy

Cons: Given a car with no brakes, when I called customer support they told me it would be fine to drive it with no brakes to a garage!! I wasted 2 days of my vacation sorting out the car. Terrible experience, you put my whole family’s lives in danger! We was extremely lucky nobody got hurt. The mechanic at the garage said you should be prosecuted for sending a vehicle out unchecked.

Cons: Had to have a tire replaced because we noticed the noise as soon as we got on the highway. Grateful it didn’t blow out before we had it replaced.

Pros: 2 hours wait to pick up the car at Dollar ! Never again. Rude agents that tell u to wait and not carring. People leaving the line die to too much wait and no help

Cons: On the last day, car will not recognize the keys and I had to wait 3 h for car towing to come. Bad experience

Cons: When I arrived at Dollar, they told me that they had no cars available (they told this to several other people as well). I asked if they could get a car from another company as I had a reservation and they said that they don't do that. I was stuck at the car rental place and had to find my own transportation to get to my hotel.

Cons: Windshield fluids were low, the oil change was not done before we got the car and the next day of renting the car the oil change light went on. The car did smell of cigarette smoke, which we hated because we do not smoke.

Cons: Really old car filled with scratches. It made a lot of missounds driving it. We called Dollar about it. The only way we could change the car was driving back to the pick-up, which was impossible since we were on a round-trip. Really bad service.

Pros: Absolutely nothing. Rude and short staffed with unclear directions about everything and refused to let me rent the car without adding addition insurance coverage stating they “weren’t allowed to rent it out without additional coverage” costing me an extra $200

Cons: Dollar way overbooked the rentals, waited just under 4 hours in line once we got to the dollar desk before we got our car.

Pros: Car was in good condition, and was clean.

Cons: Took more than an hour to wait for desk agent to process rental. Tried to upsell me on insurance. Flat out lied about thir party liability insurance, told me that my own insurance does not cover this and it was mandatory. I never recieved a receipt by email as was promised during pick up and drop off. Now they have charged me for not having a full tank despite the receiving agent giving me a written receipt for a full tank, since the "system was down".

Cons: The check in staff was VERY pushy about the extra insurance which I had to decline no less than 5 separate times then he was still rude about it. Then getting the car they told me I needed to take a suv which I didn’t want. Put all our stuff in the “only car” then went to leave told by the attendant we had to turn back because it needed an oil change. Had to switch into the SUV, finally got on our way then the check engine light was on and the suv felt like it was struggling.

Cons: They closed the agency as I was standing in line, 2 people ahead of me. Despite having prepaid and being late to pick up due to airline issues. When notifying the company no one cared.

Pros: They gave my boyfriend and I an upgrade for our birthdays.
