Fox demanded another $85 from us even though we paid 100% in advance. 3. Fox pushed us to accept a very large SUV even though we signed up for a mid sized car. We ourselves had to find an equivalent!! 4. The parking lot security guard took our contract, wrote some notes, and handed back someone elses expired contract! I discovered this a days later.

Cons: The car didn't have a fob, which made it a pain and made us nervous about accidentally locking the keys in the car. Also the air pressure in the tires wasn't right, and there was no tire pressure gauge, so filling it up at a gas station was useless.

Pros: I was overcharged either by DiscoverCars.com or Fox. When I made my booking online, my documents said there no other fees payable other than an additional driver. The additional driver fees weren’t what was quoted either. There needs to be more transparency. The Fox manager told me the extra fee was charged by Discover and I would need to talk to them. My suspicion is that Discover will point the finger at Fox. Worst car rental experience I’ve ever had!!!! Tripadvisor here I come!

Pros: Almost nothing. It literally took an hour standing in line while one functioning service agent helps three bus loads of people. The other two agents were working with one customer for an entire hour. Worst service I have ever seen.

Cons: It was not clear enough that Fox was not located at the rental car facility and required another lengthy shuttle ride. The shuttle was oversubscribed, there were not enough agents, and each rental process took about 10x as long as other rental companies. Also, I have never heard of an extra charge for returning a car early.
