Pros: Clean car, easy check in and check out.

Cons: Distance from airport (and two bus transfers) to get to our flight (30 minutes). Airport had other issues.

Pros: I never received the car at the pickup location because I didn't have a credit card with me. I'm requesting a full refund.

Pros: It was quick to check in and the shuttle drivers were very helpful with my luggage and answering me questions. There was no compact cars available when I got there and the second representative which approached me to help me up, gave me a free upgrade. He was friendly and accessible. We as travelers need people like him especially when we are tired, alone, and traveling with a dog.

Cons: The initial representative who checked me in wasn't friendly. The person who received my car was like in a rush to get me out and I did not have time to ask her detailed questions why she could not find the initial agreement about the gas that was cheaper than outside. I saw on my receipt that I was charged $4 dollars per gallon. If I would know that I would fill out myself because it was cheaper outside. I got charged $50 extra for cleaning a few hair dogs. I was not informed about this initial

Pros: Car was great, low mileage, relatively new and better than what I expected.

Pros: When we arrived it was late, earlier and during the week so there was no line up. Dropping the vehicle off was so easy. Someone was there right away to check everything.

Cons: I was convinced to get an upgrade by the attendant who helped me, she said it would only be $27 American for an upgrade. When I had already left the company and was looking at my credit card statement and it was double what I had booked with DiscoverCars.com. It was $27 a day, not over all. Very disappointed and felt like I had been duped. When we received the car there was still garbage from previous occupant and it was not washed or vacuumed inside and out. We cleaned the vehicle

Cons: I brought my own full coverage insurance with me and at the counter they didn't even see it and they told me that they didn't accept it and because I want problems you have to accept that they gave me the one they offered me

Pros: The initial shuttle to the rental started the trip off as a negative as we waited for almost fourty minutes w/no communication whatsoever… Finally, upon arrival at the rental site, I felt like I was at the DMV. Waited on location for another 45 minutes!! Imagine flying for 6 hours, finally getting to your destination - getting a car, and waiting for over an hour and a half??!!! To top it all off, the car was filthy, smelled of smoke, marihuana, and was clearly not cleaned inside

The car was filthy on the exterior, and had to be wiped down before we even left the lot… After waiting 1.5 hours i just wanted to gwt going and didnt mention this to the staff… The needs service light was on the entire trip (80k miles on vehicle) which always made me wonder if/when this is when the car is going to crap out because they are clearly not maintained… Def not worth the aggravation & frustration for the small amount of money saved!!

Cons: didn't have the van I ordered and the next van they had was a Ford Transit van which would not fit at the hotel I was at. They offered a Toyota sienna van which is the same as the caravan I ordered but they charged me an extra 45 a day to get that van. was not impressed.

Cons: Fox rental in Las Vegas charged us for insurance we didn't need. Only discovered when returned from trip.

Cons: We had an emergency on the road and the help desk took too long to respond and eventually gave us wrong information that they will supply a new car at the next hotel on the trip. This never arrived, though we were lucky that the original car worked fine in the end.

Cons: It took a significant amount of time to get up to the counter to rent my car. My name was transposed (first name last) so originally they couldn't find my reservation. That delayed things as well.

Cons: Everything was horrible. They wanted a $400 deposit for the car because of a debit card so the hold was over $700! Then this site kept deposit even though I never got the car it was past the red cancel date! Just garbage.

Cons: I didn’t like that they charged me for gas when I put gas in the car when I returned the car and I wasn’t able to reach anyone! I didn’t like that I had to return two cars because of them being in very poor condition! This was by far the worse car rental experience I have ever had!!!

Pros: The manager answered all my concerns in regards to the damages the rental had already.

Cons: No mention of a walkthrough with a rental agent. Saw the relatively poor condition of the car and had to wait in line in order to clarify that I would not be charged. Therefore, the process took a lot longer than anticipated.

Cons: well #1 the price i paid for online was completely and totally different from when i picked up car. cost me around $300 more than my actual. online reservation confirmation ....and the ironic strange part about it was that the gentleman helping us at the counter said that 99% of costomers were saying the same thing we were complaning about when picking their rental vehicles up !!!! He also explained that buying online from "3rd party" businesses cant be trusted !!! wat the heck ???? so scam?grt!

Cons: it took an hour and a half to finally get a car. It was exactly 110 degrees in Vegas, and we only had one car to choose from. And that car's air conditioner was blowing hot air!

Pros: Fairly efficient and effective pick up. We found an issue with the initial car we picked up and returned it and they were very fast in facilitating a change in the car.

Cons: Everything. Terrible customer service. Really far from the airport and they make you wait in a long line up just to pick up your car. Then they try to upsell you. No thanks!! We were an extra two hours after landing just to get our car and it was dirty! Never again. Agents were rude and didn’t care.
