Cons: Following on from the above comment, when I eventually got the GPS it was missing the fixing for the windscreen, I had to go back into the office again to request this. At no point did they apologize or see that the service they provided was terrible. However the only positive was I found the driver that picked us up in the airport friendly. We hired the car for 24hrs. 2 of these hours were unfortunately spend at the office.
Cons: while standing in line for a very long time I already k new there would be a problem by listening to other customer service , so when it was my turn i clearly was not surprised to not get the jeep I had reserved. I believe you facility never even had my request in question.
Pros: Low prices. Majority of associates are nice and knowledgeable Except if you want to extend the rental agreement $150 per day is outrageous I've never had any other car service do that period so I ended up returning the car and renting from another company.
Cons: The extreme wait time, disorganization, not enforcing The mask policy, not upgrading the car after waiting for 45 minutes after the contract time. Still enforcing the time that I had to return it by 5:00 which I didn't get the car until 45 minutes after. Some of the unprofessionalism that I've experienced there is pretty bad. With all the cussing and running around and being unorganized doesn't make for the best experience.

Cons: Waiting in line and time at service counter amounted to 1 1/2 hours. This was not appreciated after a long day and flight.
Pros: All of the people that worked there were really helpful and sweet. Loved working with them. Mark, our shuttle driver, was awesome.
Cons: Off site and the car wasn't the cleanest on the inside. Kind of a cluster fuck with the parking situation.

Pros: The provided car was new. So we really enjoyed the driving.
Cons: While picking up the car, agent provided the wrong information about tolls. I informed her about my whole trip and she told me that there would be a lot of tolls on the way and I took toll package. But there was no toll on the way.
