Pros: Nice rental person and a great car.

Cons: After two failed attempts charging my MasterCard creditcard (that is in perfect condition, which were proven the same day and following days), we had to pay additional €200, cause we had to pay with my VISA-card (debit card), but were then (almost) fully insured for teh 6 days trip.

Pros: Picking the car up was via meet&greet (a procedure I wasn't familiar with). But the guy was very respectful and efficient.

Cons: Dropping the car off was a little unpleasant. There were two guys and one of them was obviously behaving more bossy and nervous than the other. He declared the car dirty (it wasn't really, just not freshly washed) and implied I was supposed to wash it. Nobody told me that I was expected to wash the car upon dropping it off. I left the car with more gas than when I took it. When I mentioned that, I was told that "I can take it if I really want it", which was simply impertinent.

Cons: It wasn't Abbycar. It was Expedicar. The person was not there to greet me (as they were supposed to be, and as I HAD CONFIRMED 2 DAYS PRIOR!). Same thing for the return.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1930.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.

Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 66.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

For vehicles in groups Luxury, Fullsize, SUVs a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
The following are accepted methods of payment:MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Debit cards.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Bulgaria, Hungary, Serbia.
Crossing the country border or using a ferry (traveling to an island) is allowed.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
