The car was nice and simple. Easy to park everywhere. But on the last day we wanted to go to Kastro. The car (Peugeot 108) was not able to pull us up the steep road, so my family had to walk up in the heat. This car isn’t suitable for a family of four persons on the roads of Skiathos.

Skiathos is a mountainous area so if you are worried about that, get a car that is suitable. I had a smaller automatic car which was fine but hardly any space for luggage. The folks at Hellenic Rentals helped me out with everything I needed. It is also located at the port which is a nice area and the start of the old town which is a must if you visit this wonderful island.
