Pros: The car was quite new, in perfect condition, clean and ran well. The pick up was smooth and easy - a short walk across from Tirana airport, and they were friendly and helpful. Drop off also quick and easy, an inspection of the car together and they made a call to get us a ride back into the city.

Pros: Friendly and clear service. No hidden fees or random difficulties. The agents spoke good English and their instructions were transparent and clear. The power of the car was really helpful in Albania, which has a lot of mountain areas and steep drives.

Cons: We got a slight downgrade, and the car had a few small scrapes, missing one hubcap, and the brakes were really loud.

Pros: Helpfulness of staff

Cons: Puck up took a bit longer than we would like as we waited for the car to come from the car wash. The additional insurance quote of 170 euro was excessive, we purchased a policy to cover hire car excesses and the things not covered by the car hire company for £21 so you need to close that gap considerably for customers to consider it.
