Wish Car Rental at Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport

Pros: The company never respond to our question, they didn't gave any explanation when we rented the car, we rented a Toyota and when we arrived they didn't have the Toyota and the gave us another car, they charged us for all of bridges, the charged so many transaction on our card without any explication, when we text to have Information the don't respond, no one help us

Cons: First they tried to sell me another insurance and they start telling that you booked through third party if anything happened with you you will not be covered This was bad and also in the booking confirmation I was mentioned that the deposit is 150 euro but they charged 10000 TL which is more than 265 euro

Cons: Tried to charge me 5000 euros on the spot for a dent that I did not notice before below a door handle and did not see at night collection of vehicle. Still do not know if this will be charged on my credit card as they can charge at any point up to 56 days or something after hire as per terms. They refused to hand me any paperwork on drop of even to say the vehicle had been returned. All this despite having full cover with max £300 excess. Apparently the insurance is void! Not worth the stress

I was told it was for the police to respond to your situation, thought which the police wont entertain to your accident situation. I paid 1000 TRY for this insurance. There was a deposit of 2000 TRY, for which 638.40 TRY was deducted for toll charges, the remaining amount is pending return

Cons: Delayed maintenance caused brake pads to wear out during my trip in a different city. Helpdesk guided me to a garage for repairs, taking a day from my vacation. Picked up the car with an empty tank, requiring refueling at the first gas station. I had also added extra insurance with DiscoveryCars. However, the company said that this insurance would not cover in the event of an accident in Turkey, so I ended up getting additional insurance directly from the dealer.

Cons: the car had problems with the brakes making noice since the beginning of the rental period, getting worse at the end. I ask them about it and they didn't offer to change for a different car...also the car had a warning sign on. but it was due to plate lights

Cons: __most importantly, I've bought the 'full coverage' and they said it's not on them, but it's on DiscoverCars! means if sth would had happened, we had to pay them and then claim it via DiscoverCars. what is this at all? You show us in your website to buy this 'full coverage' service and then we have to pay that company first in case of any accident and then claim it?? __They didn't give us any receipt or documents when we picked up or dropped off the car! __The car was not that clean!

Pros: No one was at the disk( they were smoking and drinking coffee and I waited for about 45 min ). When handling the car They were almost inspecting the car under microscope to find any scratch but fortunately none. Until today they didn’t return the security deposit. They wanted me to show them the pre delivery inspection because their copy were send to the office and they don’t have an electronic copy( I have to open my luggage to give it to them ) and they didn’t return it back to me.

Cons: Price was good. Staff was nice but need to be professional and respect others time.
