Pros: New car

Cons: Agent did not greet me at the airport and did not answer the phone when I called for many times and I had to look for the office location in google maps and took a taxi there to take the rented car .. at drop off also agent did not answer my many calls and I drove to the office again to drop off the car and the agent tried to blame me for an old scratch that I took a video for it before taking the car at the beginning of the rent. Bad experience and will not rent from CarWiz again

Cons: They are very bad in everything even when i pick up the car their office is not in the airport as they mentioned in the website additionally when i dropped off the car and i signed the documents, they deduct an amount from my card without my permission, i already raised an incident with bank.

Pros: Great communication from the representatives. They were always on WhatsApp to help if we had any questions too. The car was excellent and in great condition. We did over 3000km and it travelled really well. Unlimited mileage too! We were able to drop off out of hours which was really helpful. The collection and drop off point are away from the airports but we were driven to the airports by the representatives. Overall, a really positive experience and would really recommend Carwiz.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1500.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Mileage policy
For all customers, except local renters the mileage is unlimited.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
In order to pick up the car, domestic renters must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information, Country entry stamp that is not older than 6 months, electronic ID card.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Child seat (2-4 years of age), Winter tires.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.

During winter season (from 15.11. until 15.04.) Winter tires are included in price.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.

The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
