Cons: Physical Car collection, it was dirty, smelt of cigarette smoke, tires were under inflated and damaged, return of car was challenging as the office was locked and we found the man asleep in a running car, thus was at 6.00 in the morning. We dont even know if tge car has been closed off in their system as i have zero paperwork and i dont know when will my holding deposit be refunded

Pros: We got the car even with late arrival at desk due to flight delay and long queue at the desk.

Cons: Agent said our car is given to someone else as our booking was canceled, then he started offering another deal with a more luxury car which we didn’t need. We got the car in the end after some discussions.

Pros: I didn’t like anything, it’s one of the worst companies i I’ve ever tried.

Cons: The company was really bad, I didn’t like the service and the employees were really rude, I had a reservation for a specific car and i called them before my flight they said yes the car is under your name, then when i went to there office to take my car, it was a different car and the employee told me that’s what we if you didn’t like it then go find another company and he left, and that’s totally unacceptable

Pros: Nothing at all. Booked car should be with full gasoline tank but it wasn’t. The agent was trying to convince in any way to pick up the car, heading with no speaking English. Car was with persisting inside smell of cigarets. The liquid for clean glass wasn’t properly working!

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 600.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

A separate fuel deposit is required when collecting the vehicle.
Fuel deposit prices can vary depending on the car model and market fuel prices in force when collecting the car.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Additional Driver, Winter package, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Snow chains, Winter tires.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.

If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges. The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
