Pros: Respectful of the reservation and didn't ask for hidden charges. I paid what I expected.

Cons: Customer service agent made no effort to change our car type and advised that any other car would have cost more money. Pickup agent was rude and dragged his feet on delivery of the rental car. Car had a vibration at speeds over 100km.

Pros: I recieved the same car that I booked, with amazing conditions. The AVEC team are very helpful and professional

Cons: paid for 24 hours but their offices close at 19:00 and you cannot drop the car. so basically you are screwed and they blame you and put it as your responsibility.

Cons: Before picking up the vehicle, the representative at the desk asked if we wanted any insurance. I told them I didn't want any insurance and they gave me the documents to sign. While there was no additional statement regarding insurance on the document, I learned that they had charged me an insurance fee of €45 when returning the vehicle. This was completely unethical behavior and they didn't refund my payment. I will definitely not use their service again.I’m not reccomending

Pros: Collection and drop off were seamless, very well organised, speedy service. Extra two bootle of water supplied were handy to have in the car until my first stop. Car bodywork was severely damaged at the pick up, this however, did not reflect on the trip itself and driving condition of the car was perfect, so i just took plenty of photos and videos on collection and drop off.

Cons: One small issue with the renting company itself, which were trying to upsell for another insurance (although i booked the full coverage) saying that if i had an accident and didn't do the police report, this extra insurance would cover me. It was a hefty 45 euro for 4 days.

Cons: They have given me a car without properly cleaning it. It had a strong smoking smell inside. I have called minimum 5 times and asked for car to be changed. I had to wash my hands everytime I touch the steering wheel. Someone had smoked inside the car. And the rental agent told me over the phone that they cannot guarantee non-smoking car!

Pros: Even through I bought full insurance coverage the agent at the front desk sold me another insurance on the top (something without police report) actually he was scaring me that even tough you have full insurance we don’t accept unless you have police report. Police don’t give report that easily hence I had to buy.

Cons: I didn’t take the car. Agent attitude was so bad, not helpful at all. The car i reserved was audi, when i arrived he said it’s not there. He wanted to give me another car and it was bad. Anyways he doesn’t accept cash and his credit card machine is broken and didn’t accept my card. So i had to go rent a car from another rental office. I took a car from avis they were very helpful my card was accepted. Everything were great with them.

Cons: The maintenance of the car needs to be done. I had to fill Adblue as the sign stated that the car would not have started post 100 Km due to it running out. I had no idea what it was and how much to fill. These kinds of matters need to be taken care of by the company before rental.

Pros: The car was in excellent condition, barely a few months old and had only about 6000 kms on the clock.

Cons: The car requires an additive every 10,000 kms which we had to pay for. Car maintenance should be the agency's cost. On returning the car, they didn't mention any additional costs. After we checked in at the airport, i got an sms showing a significant amount deducted from my card. While this amount was fair (tolls and remaining fuel), this should have been mentioned when we returned the car so i could ensure my card wasn't charged over the limit. They did apologize for the oversight.
