Cons: On the last day of my trip, the rental car I had broke down, and my flight was scheduled for just a few hours later. I immediately contacted the company office in Istanbul, but unfortunately, I found the communication to be very difficult, and I was unable to get the assistance I needed in a timely manner. As a result, I had to rely on a local man who was in contact with the company, and it took quite some time for them to respond. Given the urgency of my situation, I was left with no choice bu

Pros: Easy to rent the car, very helpful agents whenever we called for information/help. No hassles when renting. Insurance was included. Car was in a clean condition.

Cons: Drop-off was not clear as a rental agent was not present to receive the car. We had to call for someone, and then wait to drop off the car. Their billing is not clear - and the invoices are in Turkish, so no idea what some charges after drop-off are for (like toll or fines). It would be nice if they could inform by email before charging the card.
