Pros: Drop off was quick.

Cons: We didn’t like the service provided by WindyCar. The cars had constant issues. I don’t like their customer services. The way they charge the tolls is a rip off!

Pros: WARNING – CREDIT CARD FRAUD AT WINDYCARS SABIHA GÖKÇEN AIRPORT 🚨 On July 7th around 18:00, I rented a car from WindyCars at Sabiha Gökçen Airport (Istanbul). Shortly after returning the car, unauthorized transactions started appearing on my credit card. They copied my card details without consent, and are now carrying out fraudulent charges in my name.

Cons: There was no baby Seat ready when we arrived. They found one from another store but it’s was expired date

Cons: Car was dirty, without gas. It had a bad flat tire which required regular pumping. Agents were rude, not helpful and argumentative when I request the change of tire or car.

Cons: They were not HELPFUL at ALLL

Pros: The price, the car itself.

Cons: At pick-up there were only gas for 40km and it was in the middle of the night and an unknown city and the navigator took us straight to the motorway. It wasn't easy to find our way to the drop off place at the airport.

Cons: I try to call them because they withdraw from my account without calling me or give me a notification But non of the call me back and take a lot of time to send me back so if i have an accident how i contact to them !?!

Cons: No petrol in car should be full so you return full , you never know how much you need to use and return empty as received . Not v helpful at all

Pros: Easy to rent the car, very helpful agents whenever we called for information/help. No hassles when renting. Insurance was included. Car was in a clean condition.

Cons: Drop-off was not clear as a rental agent was not present to receive the car. We had to call for someone, and then wait to drop off the car. Their billing is not clear - and the invoices are in Turkish, so no idea what some charges after drop-off are for (like toll or fines). It would be nice if they could inform by email before charging the card.

Pros: I liked that they were fast. The printer was not working but it still was fast. The lady spoke English which helped a lot. I liked that they didn’t give me hard time. I also liked that I didn’t have to pay tolls and they automatically came off my deposit.

Cons: I didn’t like that I booked a car with gps and they told me “we don’t have it, you have to use your phone gps”, I didn’t like that the printer was not working and I didn’t even get the contract, I didn’t like that the car had serious scratches. I didn’t like that it almost had no gas.

Cons: I had to extend rental for extra day and I was charged double the amount.

Cons: Service agents, not very good english and I did not receive much help when I tried to contact them during the rental period. Never received my deposit back and they also charged some money from my account few days after, without telling me. Paid so much for insurance and it came to double since they stole some more money.

Cons: There’s no main point for drop off in IST Airport I need to call the office and wait the driver to come this takes long time and there’s no parking allowed

Cons: At Ankara airport, the employee was rude rough and angry, not suitable at all to give service for people

Cons: I strongly not recommending WindyCar at all because they changed agreed car type to smaller one

Cons: There were little dust on the backseat I assume from previous user or company staff. When I returned the car I was asked about it !! Even if it was during my time, it is trivial issue and comes with the used like dust on tires and body !!

Pros: Professionalism, gentleness, money value

Cons: Nothing, all are good
