Pros: car was diffrent then what we order but was a clean car

Cons: after picking up the car and droven 30 minutes to hotel indoor car parking , in the morning we see one of the tyre was flat ,, it was so obvious they give the car to us with damage tyre, i couldnt use 2 days car and it put me very difficult position with my family and i couldnt get any help from the rentacar company ,, i belive its a kind a new scam .. i was lucky as i was local so i spend money to repair the tyre but if u are not know anything they will charge u alot of money and u can not use

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: There are a couple of problems: rude contact person who didn't directly call me for learning flight number properly, didn't welcome me at the exit of the airport, hold me for 15 minutes while snowing, yelled on me on the phone and in person in the car, requested irrelevant documents, requested my signature without showing contract details, banished me once I wanted to see contract details. At the end of this, he didn't give me the car and left me while snowing. He ruined my trip. Never again!

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 69 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
A credit check is mandatory for local customers at the time of pick up.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher.
A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
Deposit and deductible policy

In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.
Optional extras and services

Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 3 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
