Pros: Nice agent, very fast return process (they promossed it to be so if I pay for the extra insurance)

Cons: Very old car model, 260,000km, poor radio, low safaty rating, the fuel tank was less than 1/3 full, and they literally thretened that if I will not pay extra 600 Euro for their additional insurance they will find a way to take my 1200 euro deposit, even for a tiny scratch

Cons: 1st can had brake problems. Had to wait over an hour for replacement. 2nd van has slow puncture and oil leek. Mechanics sent out to fix and failed to resolve issues. Were given a third van that had a sticky clutch pedal. Not good

Pros: Viaggiare is also known as addcar. The office is a three minute walk from the airport. The agent was very nice. He messaged me beforehand with a video of how to reach the office. He was also available on WhatsApp at any time. The company is very nice. They also can provide full service for everything for 140 euro. We didn't go with it, because we got full coverage through Discover cars which was cheaper if we had any issues, we would need to register with the police to get the proper paperwork.

Cons: The car was not in great condition. The back left door did not open. There was no Bluetooth for media, only for calls. The driver seat was wobbly at times and there were a lot of scratches and dents.

Pros: The agent was friendly. He did try to upsell me on the insurance, but I stuck with the DiscoverCars insurance package, and it was fine. I was happy DiscoverCars warned us what we need and don't need in this area. Everything was smooth and fast

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the size of the vehicle. I booked a small, but all they had was a medium. I thought with 1.5 months in advance I was guaranteed to get the size I booked.

Cons: The agent turned out to be adcar and not as advertised. Pressured into purchasing additional insurance after local rules about police reports etc this all should have been mentioned when booking and the company who supply the car . Car was dirty and damaged and not new as advertised . Nothing explained about the car . Dreadful service never again

Pros: The car itself was great. It drove well, with the unfortunate exception of the flat tire. The service was terrible, unprofessional.

Cons: The front tire went flat during our rental period. No problem, these things happen and I know the tires were covered by the rental insurance I prepaid for online. I informed the owner of the flat immediately, put on the spare, and messaged to ask if he wanted anything to be done to the flat. He said no problem, to drive on the spare. When dropping the car off, the man demanded a €150 fee for the flat tire, and was aggressive about it, followed us into the airport.

Pros: Quick and easy pick up and drop off with a super friendly representative. Car looked local and it didn’t matter if returned with extra scratches just not dents. Made driving amongst Montenegrins easier.

Cons: The car came with quite flat tyres, one headlight was out and no water for windscreen wash. We pumped the tyres, side light worked and didn’t drive much in the dark anyway so non of this was major and would definitely rent with Viaggiare again.

Pros: Viktor was nice guy who dealt with us after meet and greet staff. Very responsvie and quick reply on whatsapp

Cons: Very poor condition exterior parts, every side of car was falling apart, there was dents,scratch, wheel cover half broken and hanging, boot button broken( it was sticked with gorilla foam spray), difficult to see headlight on dark but car was running smoothly.

Cons: Car was old and dirty. Right side has dents all over. Rep was hard to find upon arrival at airport. He could not process my credit card. I had to find ATM and make cash withdraw to pay in advance for the rental. I complained to the manager. His response was rude. I had to chase the rep when I was returning the car. He was not at the airport. In summary, I ended up without options and I had to rent the car. A trap.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.

Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Crossing country borders is only allowed for European Union countries.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.

By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 01.04.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
