When you pass through customs control please walk down the hallway on the way to the main airport building, which leads to our rental office. Our office is located 4-5 m further on the right side. You will see the brand's sign very visible at the counter desk.

Cons: We were 5 persons, so I had chosen “Renault Megan or similar” because it said 3 big bags…we ended up with a Renault Scenic and the trunk is very small, so we had problems with our suitcases. Also I had chosen manual gear, but it had automatic gear. The car was nice though

Pros: 1) At pickup the guy at the lot gave me great tips regarding where to look for bumps. Felt like he was honest and on my side. 2) Following a flight cancellation, we had to extend our rent and return in another airport. The response from the company was prompt and very helpful.

Cons: Not a dislike, it was just not clear at podgorica airport where to drop-off the car. it turns out that a representative isnwaiting outside the aorport on the road in front of the entrance and you need to notice them. The guy was nothing but kind and helpful :)

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 22 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 77 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following payment methods are accepted: Prepaid cards, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
crossing country borders is available on previous request at least 1 day before the pick up date.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: European Union.
Crossing country borders is forbidden to the following countries: Belarus, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine.
The purchase of the following insurance(s): Third Party Liability (TPL) is mandatory.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
