Pros: Nothing, one of the worst service I have experienced. The fact that a company like that is highly rated on site make me question its credibility.
Cons: 1. They made us wait outside for 30 minutes. 2. They almost gave our car to another couple. 3. They to scare us into buying an insurance even though we already paid for this site insurance. 4. Once we told them we have an insurance, they pointed us to the cars without explaining anything. 5. When we got back they charged us 20 euro for been half an hour late, and on top of that said they if we will pay with cash we will have to pay 50!!

Pros: They told me in case of even a small scratch, I'll need to fill in a police report and stay for few more days to get it (miss my flight back) and urge me to pay 180e for insurance. VERY BAD experience.
