Pros: Машина была новая.

Cons: На переднюю ось было поставлено совсем убитая покрышка, которая спускала, что было совсем не безопасно на горных дорогах . А в багажнике лежало пробитое колесо, вместо запаски. На мой взгляд это просто не допустимо для рентовых машин.

Pros: Nothing it was just horrible.

Cons: Everything was bad , I ordered from your site 2 Dacia duster together 1 manual for my self and 1 automatic for my sister, she received car from avis ( 2000km new MG ) very clean and safe, and I got 2015 Dacia duster with 165000 km , bad smell with engine light on and a lot of problems it was a nightmare the only thing that make our trip to complected and not fun , I spent over 6 hours from my time on this and didn't travel for 3 days because the car was not safe at all with brakes problem.

Pros: Agent was generally friendly. Boot space was bigger than expected.

Cons: Car was not what I expected (expected VW transporter, got an old opel). Handbrake was ineffective on slope. Fuel gauge was faulty and did not change after I filled up - would have been ok if i received a full tank, but as I didnt it was difficult to judge how much fuel to put in. Car was not cleaned beforehand. Rented babyseat for a daily fee, these were not clean and agents had no idea how this particular kind had to be safely installed.

Pros: The main guy was very helpful and explained about the extra charges we would have to pay even if we only had a tiny scratch on the car.

Cons: This is probably to do with the country - Montenegro, it was explained to us that even if we only had a small mark on the car we would have to get the police to come and inspect the car - cost 40 euros then we would have to go to the police station & get a police report - 50 euros. All because we took a low cost deal from the internet & have our own excess insurance. We have been driving in this country for 11 years & never had to do this before, it has put us off ever renting a car there again.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1600.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Contract fee, Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 73 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Winter tires, Wi-Fi.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.

During winter season (from 15.11 until 01.04) Winter tires are included in price.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 01.04.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.

The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 240 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 120 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
