Pros: The shuttle was available from the airport to the rental center. Nice car
Cons: Dropping off the carat 6:00am, they were not yet open. There was a person to accept the car, but no receipt and no check out.

Pros: The car was also given to me washed on the exterior and firstly on the sides. There was brown dirt all over the metal parts of the doors on the inside.
Cons: The female attendant. You’ve lost me as a customer because of her terrible attitude and inefficiency. Overall these rentals (Atleast the day i was there) had issues.

Pros: I got a car
Cons: I was supposed to get a jeep but ended up getting a regular car. The car I got was not equipped for cold weather. Car was not clean at the time of pick up. Also, front windshield wipers were old and do not clean the front windshield. It was a suffer driving this car in cold Weather

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, for rates that include Fuel Purchase Option the first tank of gas is included. Customers do not have to refuel the vehicle prior to return.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 62 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
