Cons: The female attendant. You’ve lost me as a customer because of her terrible attitude and inefficiency. Overall these rentals (Atleast the day i was there) had issues.

Pros: Dropping off the car was quick and easy.

Cons: After leaving the rental counter and going to pick up the car was an incredibly frustrating experience. The agent who was supposed to help us select our car seemed super distracted, unfamiliar with the process and rather than finishing with us, would interrupt and try to get the next customer who emerged from the rental counter area to wait so he could help them rather than let a colleague help them -- all the while, we were left there waiting in mid-selection!

Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), State Tax, Surcharges.
Rate excludes
Many highways in USA are tolled using only electronic means.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
The option to prepay tolls is available for 9.99 USD to 27.99 USD per day depending on the travel area.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, for rates that include Fuel Purchase Option the first tank of gas is included. Customers do not have to refuel the vehicle prior to return.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 62 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
