Cons: I flew in to town for a job interview at 930am I reserve the car to pick up at 8:30 but when I got there it wasn't ready and the staff insisted I wait around while it got washed and detailed. I told them I didn't care about that and it didn't make sense to do it anyway since it was drizzling outside. They ignored my request and finally issued it after 9:30 which meant I would miss my interview appointment at 9:30. I was not allowed to reschedule this interview and therefore did not get the job.
Pros: Nice clean car, drove well, no problems
Cons: I had reserved an economy car and was informed by the desk agent that it would be allowed up in the mountains, and that we could be turned away, so we were unsold into a SUV. If I had known about the winter driving restrictions, I would have rented the appropriate car via discovercarhire. At the end of the rental we were charged more than expected, but a manager made it right. That lengthened the drop off time considerably, but we do appreciate the manager's help.
Pros: We had s a friendly & informative agent help us.
Pros: Cheap
Cons: Car had lots of miles, had to go back the next day to get the class of car I actually reserved.
