Cons: Shuttle was late
Pros: They were fast when we came back to deliver.
Cons: There were hidden fees that they did not mention while I was booking. On the booking page it said 100-300$ deposit determined by the car. We got the basic economy class car (Nissan Versa) which they charged a 300$ deposit. I understand I get that once I return the vehicle but that doesn't help during a trip. They also charged for the shuttle they act like it's free. I was to pay 140$ upon arrival but that turned into 240$ after facility had computers all over the place it looked cluttered.
Pros: Easy service after they upcharge you.
Cons: Surprise hidden charge for a reservation that didnt even mattered!

Cons: COMPLETE bait and switch. We wanted a sport car. The agent started listing cars we could pick from. Once decided he told us the price and it was doubled! We had no idea he was trying to talk us into a double the price upgrade! We stuck with what we originally had but apparently they did not have any sedans left (yeah right). They gave us a jeep cherokee, an "upgrade" (not!). The trunk squeaked the whole time, a blinker went out and the lock was installed upside down. VERY UPSET!!

Pros: I rented t truck when I arrived at the office a truck was not available. Shane went to the return lot and secured the truck. He did offer a different vehicle however I neede the trick specifically. I was extremely greatful that he took the initiative to go out and find a truck. I cannot thank him enough. I then had an issue with my credit card he waited patiently while I sorted things out never making me feel bad and never asking me to take care of it and come back. Thank you!!
Cons: The office is hard to find as it is not called Discover cars. There is no where to park a personal vehicle. The pull up area in front of the building is dangerous. I saw people get in an argument and almost physically fight due to the lack of parking. The drop off pick up scenario works if you are only renting to people coming from the airport but does not work well for local renters. The $500 deposit is excessive.
Cons: The front desk lady was so rude like she did a favor for me that I rent car from you guys. After that she try to push me to upgrade the car and try to upsale me every second with different prices! This is unprofessional and disrespectful

Cons: Prices from discovercars was considerably different from what I paid when returned vehicle.

An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher. Renters from the following country(ies): USA must provide the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), insurance declaration page in order to collect the car.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.
Additional charges will be applied.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
