Pros: Nothing that we couldn't have received from all other rental places, clean & nice car.

Cons: Representative when picking up car led us to believe that we only had 2 options, 1 was a car less than what we reserved and the other had the equivalent engine, but was a higher class vehicle. Pushed us towards the hight class vehicle saying the one with a lesser engine would not be good for driving in the mountains but charged us extra for the "upgrade". Should have honored the price we paid ahead of time for the vehicle we reserved, even if NU didn't have equivalent vehicle we reserved.

Pros: The car and drop off were good.

Cons: The pick up was so awful, I dreaded the drop off process the entire trip. I heard from people in line a pickup to be wary of added fees. So far, by bill is what I expected. Waiting to have my deposit returned.

Cons: Almost everything. Terrible experience, rude service, and did not get even close to the car that I had intentionally rented, and way over paid because you did not have the car in stock.

Pros: All of it 😍 we got the EXACT vehicle we wanted, we even sprang for the insurance which doubled the cost but I felt better with it. We got stuck in a snow storm in CO in the mountains at night and it was a relief knowing we wouldn't go bankrupt if something has happened. It was easy in and easy out upcoming up and dropping off! No scary hidden fees or charges 👍

Cons: There honestly was nothing that wasn't great about them. Will definitely rent again from them next time

Pros: The guys out in the parking area were very helpful.

Cons: I was told they didn't have the car I'd ordered by the first guy at the desk and offered a "similar vehicle." Which wasn't a great car and when I went to ask for an alternative, another desk representative said they had plenty of the cars I'd originally been quoted for, and gave me one of those.

Pros: They were fast when we came back to deliver.

Cons: There were hidden fees that they did not mention while I was booking. On the booking page it said 100-300$ deposit determined by the car. We got the basic economy class car (Nissan Versa) which they charged a 300$ deposit. I understand I get that once I return the vehicle but that doesn't help during a trip. They also charged for the shuttle they act like it's free. I was to pay 140$ upon arrival but that turned into 240$ after facility had computers all over the place it looked cluttered.

Pros: Shuttle from the airport

Cons: COMPLETE bait and switch. We wanted a sport car. The agent started listing cars we could pick from. Once decided he told us the price and it was doubled! We had no idea he was trying to talk us into a double the price upgrade! We stuck with what we originally had but apparently they did not have any sedans left (yeah right). They gave us a jeep cherokee, an "upgrade" (not!). The trunk squeaked the whole time, a blinker went out and the lock was installed upside down. VERY UPSET!!

Pros: I rented t truck when I arrived at the office a truck was not available. Shane went to the return lot and secured the truck. He did offer a different vehicle however I neede the trick specifically. I was extremely greatful that he took the initiative to go out and find a truck. I cannot thank him enough. I then had an issue with my credit card he waited patiently while I sorted things out never making me feel bad and never asking me to take care of it and come back. Thank you!!

Cons: The office is hard to find as it is not called Discover cars. There is no where to park a personal vehicle. The pull up area in front of the building is dangerous. I saw people get in an argument and almost physically fight due to the lack of parking. The drop off pick up scenario works if you are only renting to people coming from the airport but does not work well for local renters. The $500 deposit is excessive.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 285.00 - € 4695.00), Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability, Premium location fee, Vehicle registration fee, VAT (value added tax).
Rate excludes
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
An e-Toll device is not mandatory.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher. Renters from the following country(ies): USA must provide the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), insurance declaration page in order to collect the car.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.

Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
