Pros: Overall really good service
Cons: Staff didn’t really explain what we needed to do.
Cons: Did not give me the car I reserved, car given needed an oil change and battery for remote was dead. Car given was too small and Fox didn’t give me any other options. Would not use again
Pros: Pretty quick drop off when we returned the vehicle. We had an unexpected death and had to go home early, they gave us a credit for the days we didn’t use.
Cons: Limited options for AWD/4WD vehicles which is silly because it’s Colorado. The car itself was very dirty, not reassuring during a pandemic. Even outside of COVID still seemed gross.
Pros: The only employee I found kind and helpful was the shuttle bus driver.
Cons: Fox associates were extremely rude, and did not seem customer oriented.
Pros: Nothing, they slipped in insurance when I said no.
Cons: The car’s condition is the worst I’ve ever had from any rental company I’ve ever used. Lots of wear and tear and it was dirty inside which is unusual since I’ve never experienced this with any other company.

Cons: Bait and switch. Sold unneeded services (toll pass). Told to wait and let the gas be filled up when returned because the rate was about the same. So glad we didn’t trust that and filled it ourself because It showed it would have cost us $7.99. Definitely not the same or remotely close to filling ourself. The whole process seemed like a money grab and not honest at all. I have never experienced this with a rental company.

Cons: No phone number for the location. I lost something and had to wait an hour on hold for customer service rather than call the location itself
Pros: The agent was very nice.
Cons: The line to pick up the car was lengthy. And the wait for the shuttle to return to the airport was long. Also the actual rental building is not set up well, and has heavy doors, and curbs that are bad for people with luggage.
Pros: I wasn't able to rent the car. The next day I went to Budget Rental and had a great experience

Cons: Very sluggish service at pick up and stuffy unpleasant office environment. Not a single smile.
Pros: We appreciated the service that Meghan provided in getting a car for us when our reservation was cancelled.
Cons: It was not made clear to us that the window of pick up was 3 hrs. I was told it was 5 hrs and because of delay our reservation was cancelled.
Pros: Drop off was terrific. Shuttle ready to go! Great outdoor employees
Cons: The car we rented was not completely full of gas and reeked of marijuana. We returned to the rental counter and got another car in much better shape.

Cons: Not enough reps. Each person in line took 15+ mins. Waited in line over 2 hours, in 90 degree building, no A/C !!! Totally unacceptable. No social distancing, if masks were required by customers, it was enforced. Bathrooms were disgusting. Car was dirty, bald tires, scratches & 56,000 miles. Is this worth it for the lowest price? Fox, do yourselves a favor and take note from other rentals. Pre-register on line, then grab & go a car.

Cons: The length of time to wait for a car was unacceptable. When we got there, there were only 2 people working the desk, so our line was over an hour long.

Pros: Very quick return process, no hassles, car price was exactly per the rental agreement, I got a free upgrade, and the car was in very good shape.
Cons: Fox always seems to take a very long time to get you checked in and on your way.
Pros: The staff were not trained. It took me 2 hours to pick up the car. The agent serviced me when I picked up the car had very poor customer service. Also, when I dropped off the car, they did not give me copy of the final invoice .
Cons: Staff are not trained. The whole paperwork to pickup the car took me 2 hours not including wait time in line. Inside car was super dirty . Car has high mileage (almost 70K). They have several jeeps available at the time that I picked up the car. However, when I asked for another similar jeep, the agent said she only find 1 car key and insist that we should only take the assigned car.
Pros: The guy who took the car in was extremely helpful and polite.
Cons: They told me I had no choice but the pay additional insurance even though I had been told the basic cover was enough. I was told that I could not lease the car without the additional cover. I was then told that the amount was so high because it included a $150 excess fee which would be refunded. The very next day I was charged an additional £120 with no explanation. In total I was refunded £109. I have had to pay more than double the amount quoted by discover cars when I booked.
Pros: There is nothing that I liked about Fox
Cons: I had to wait in a queue for 4 hours to collect my car. And after waiting for 4 hours I get a car that is not clean. By not clean I meant where I see some vomiting stains in the car the AC not working for the car and door jammed of the car.
Cons: They forced us to take insurance even though we have the FAQ-27 in Quebec and are fully covered. They acted like they did not understand us, but we spoke English clearly. Really did not enjoy their attitude. We paid a lot more than expected.
Cons: The service was terrible. The agent told us we needed a toll pass or we'll pay $15 per toll plus cost of the toll. He knew where we were going and there were no toll roads in our route. We had to call back to remove the charge.. Next, the car died on the first day. The throttle control on the car went out and we were stuck in the middle of the road with no shoulder around a curve where no one could see us. A truck had to swerve into on coming traffic to avoid us. The experience was terrible.

Prepaid tolls are available for 11.49 USD per day.
If the customer declines Prepaid Toll Service, a penalty of 15.00 USD for each toll used in addition to the cost for each paid or unpaid toll will apply.
Please note that the prepaid toll service will cover only roads operated by the PlatePass Tolling Network. In case of driving on Non-PlatePass roads, the renter will be liable for any toll, or related fines, fees, or penalties incurred during the rental period, and the renter will be charged an administrative fee of 15 USD per toll (up to maximum of 90 USD per rental).
All additional services and extras purchased at the counter are subject to concession and state taxes.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket, proof of entry/exit into/out of the country, 2 phone numbers (1 of which is landline). Renters from the following country(ies): USA must provide the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), proof of liability insurance, proof of insurance that covers the rental vehicle for damage and liability, 2 phone numbers (1 of which is landline) in order to collect the car.
Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) can be declined, if the renter can provide his/her own insurance.
Renter must provide a proof of own insurance.
In case the customer does not have one of the insurances, mentioned above, the customer will need to purchase insurance at the counter.
If opting to self-insure, the renter must have a full coverage policy that includes the deductible, physical damage, and liability.
If choosing to self-insure, the renter must provide an insurance ID card with exact coverage shown and the same name and address as on the driver license.
The renter must provide proof of the following insurance policy(ies): Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), valid in the following country(ies): USA for the duration of the rental.
The deposit amount for international renters is 150 USD.
For local customers, the Security Deposit amount ranges from 500 USD to 1000 USD.
A local renter is defined as a renter who lives within 150 miles of the pickup location and who is not flying into town with a return ticket.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
International one-way rentals are not available.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following States: USA - Arizona, USA - California, USA - Idaho, USA - Kansas, USA - Nebraska, USA - Nevada, USA - New Mexico, USA - Oklahoma, USA - Oregon, USA - South Dakota, USA - Texas, USA - Utah, USA - Washington, USA - Wyoming.

Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
