Pros: The vehicle was great, the agent lied and coerced me into paying for extra insurance, she explicitly stated that it is required by state law when someone visiting internationally gets a vehicle. I asked specifically if I had an option to decline… she said no.

Cons: I would appreciate some help with this situation.

Pros: It was great to get an upgrade and to skip the line for pickup. And dropping off was super easy.

Cons: Thrifty agent tried to double the reserved price and then said didn't have reserved car. Then tried to charge 50% .more; then 25% more and tried to charge me extra for being 45 min early. I left line and waited and went thru line 2nd time got different agent who looked up my ID and stated I'm 'blue chips didn't have to get in line said go directly to garage and my reserved car was there! 1st agent had to see same id so he was a crook!

Cons: Thrifty charged me for things I didn’t want and it’s impossible to get through to an agent to have them remove the charges.

Pros: We had to get a 2nd car when we were getting the car. The 1st one had some issues with grinding noise..This issue ended up being a 45 minute delay. I was told to put my card to pay something. This ended up being a fraudulent charge. I had to get a new card and my credit card was not useable on my trip. This was a huge inconvenience.

Pros: Oil needed to be changed based on the car's reminder messages

Cons: They theoretically offered contactless pickup, to do everything from the phone and just go to your car, but that was not possible, I had to see the agent, which was a line.

Pros: Friendly agent, she was great, explained everything.

Cons: Very long wait in line, then long wait for available car and still didn’t get the car we wanted. It took almost 2 hrs until we got the car and pretty much because we gave up.

Cons: Thrifty said open 24 hours but counter was dark with a sign that said proceed to pick up. At pickup, agent in a Hertz jacket was processing customers.

Cons: BECAUSE YOU ALL OVERBOOKED, I DIDN'T GET THE CAR I WANTED NOR THE CAR THAT WAS REPRESENTED UPON RENTAL... I HATED THE CAR I DROVE. JUST CAUSE YOU HAVE AN INFLUX OF RENTERS, SHOULDN'T MEAN I LOOSE OUT ON THE CAR I WAS TO BE RENTING

Pros: We got a Nissan Altima w/o Apple Car Play and the lady at the parking was MOST unhelpful, a bit rude. The lot was emptying of available cars and we ended up with another car model (on our own)… no help from her

Cons: Picking up a car. The lady just pointed towards a general parking area. We tried 2 cell phones w/map onboard. Neither worked and after pleading for assistance she said if the cell were charging, that was the only thing Thrifty cared about. We tried a Malibu which did connect to Apple Car play, and drove out of the airport unsure if we had done the right thing. She was a little rude even with a co-worker who asked why the Altima we had taken was not working properly with the Apple Car play

Cons: Not enough help to service the existing reservations. Was told there was a two hour wait, because of staffing issues. Wait was actually 45 min...which also seemed excessive. Thrifty was not "thrifty"!

Cons: Thrifty Rental Car I picked up my rental car from your terminal @ Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport this past Thursday. My wife and I had to wait about an hour and a half in line to get to a person @ a counter there. My booking was pre paid in full before arriving @ the counter. I was 8th in line w "3" Thrifty representatives working with 8 potential counters. The line behind me grew to about 3 blocks long shortly after I got to line. It took me over an hour to get my car which was dented & smelled

Pros: It took for than 3 hours from the time we lined up to get to the rental desk! Awful! Worst rental location ever!!
