Pick-up instructions
Upon arrival at Phoenix Sky Harbor Intl Airport please retrieve your luggage from the Baggage Claim level then follow the signs to the Sky Train platform. You can take the train directly to the Rental Car Center where you exit the train and proceed to the Visitor Parking lot by taking the Visitor Parking Elevator down to the P Floor. Exit straight ahead and you will see blue signs directing you to the NU Car Rental pick up location in the visitor Parking Lot where our shuttle will be waiting for you. Our location is 2327 E. Van Buren St 85006. To contact us please call 702-462-2664. We hold vehicles during business hours up to 2 hours after the arrival time on your reservation. See business hours section. As an option to reduce wait time from the airport to our counter you may prefer to use Uber or or Lyft directly to our location at your own expense.

Cons: Then, when I returned the car, I filled up the gas tank 1/2 mile away from the location. Later, I discovered they charged me $16.45 because the tank was 7/8 full. That's not true. I hope they're not skimming a little off the top when the customer is no longer around to verify it.

For international renters, mileage is unlimited.
Mileage is unlimited in Arizona, California, Nevada, Nevada, Utah, Colorado.
Mileage is limited in other US states.
A return airline ticket and passport must be presented in order to qualify for a rate with unlimited mileage.
For local renters, unlimited mileage is not offered. A local renter is defined as a renter who is a resident of USA - Arizona.
