Pick-up instructions
Upon arrival at Phoenix Sky Harbor Intl Airport please retrieve your luggage from the Baggage Claim level then follow the signs to the Sky Train platform. You can take the train directly to the Rental Car Center where you exit the train and proceed to the Visitor Parking lot by taking the Visitor Parking Elevator down to the P Floor. Exit straight ahead and you will see blue signs directing you to the NU Car Rental pick up location in the visitor Parking Lot where our shuttle will be waiting for you. Our location is 2327 E. Van Buren St 85006. To contact us please call 702-462-2664. We hold vehicles during business hours up to 2 hours after the arrival time on your reservation. See business hours section. As an option to reduce wait time from the airport to our counter you may prefer to use Uber or or Lyft directly to our location at your own expense.

Pros: I felt ripped off by them. After telling them I didn’t want the loss damage waiver- I should have Ben told NOT to initial number 2 rather than being told I needed to initial all the area.
Cons: See above. I also didn’t like their hours- closes at 7pm and doesn’t open until 8am. There is an additional fee for dropping off the car outside of those hours. They are not at the car rental center.

Pros: Drop off was easy.
Cons: It took about two hours to get the vehicle. First to get to the shuttle, then to be transported to the vehicle. There was a long line-up to get the vehicle and only two people working. so it took a very long time also

Pros: Drop off to agents outside very friendly.
Cons: At pickup, the agent at the counter was not polite. Very rude when we declined insurance coverage. We explained that we got coverage when we booked online. I will never use or recommend NUCARRENTAL. Never smiled or said thank you, very grouchy. The agents outside seemed happier.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 950.00 - € 2845.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Rate excludes
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
An e-Toll device is not mandatory.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
