Upon arrival at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport please retrieve your luggage and take the Airport Car Rental shuttle to the Car Rental Center from where our Mercedes Benz shuttle runs every 5-10 minutes during our normal business hours. If you have any issues call 001 8 005 568 227.

Pros: Drop off to agents outside very friendly.
Cons: At pickup, the agent at the counter was not polite. Very rude when we declined insurance coverage. We explained that we got coverage when we booked online. I will never use or recommend NUCARRENTAL. Never smiled or said thank you, very grouchy. The agents outside seemed happier.
