Terminal 3- Airline passengers, after collecting luggage should proceed to the escalators in ticketing up to Level 4 to enter the station and take the escalators to Level 5 to access the boarding platform for the Sky Train. The Sky train will take customers to the Rental Car Center. Please proceed to the Budget Counter upon arrival.
Terminal 4- Airline passengers, after collecting luggage should proceed to the Sky Train. The Sky train will take customers to the Rental Car Center. Please proceed to the Budget Counter upon arrival. The Sky Train is free and runs 24 hours a day seven days a week with stops every 3-5 minutes.

Pros: Horrible customer service. They did not even attempt to help us get a car. Our vacation was ruined.
Cons: Worst experience of my life. Our vacation was ruined and Budget didn’t even care to work with us. I couldn’t believe how rude and unprofessional the manager was. He should not be in anything that deals with customers. Will never rent from Budget.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP). Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
