Pros: The car was easy to find and the efficiency of picking up and dropping off the car was the best I've experienced!

Cons: The car wasn't cleaned well, the GPS/media system was painful (the automaker's fault, not the renters), and two of the overhead handles were broken off the car and in the glovebox. That being said, the price was worth it

Pros: When we arrived at the airport in Phoenix we could not even find the car rental company that had my car no one answered the phone we had no proper instructions. And I haven't been able to get a refund so we had to rent a totally different car

Pros: Though the experience was contactless (no direct contact with people) you can contact help via text. I had to do this in order to finish pre-rental process.

Cons: The pickup and drop off instructions weren't as easy to find as I would have liked.

Pros: What did they provide? It was contactless and I didn't know who to speak with to receive help if needed. Luckily, the shuttle guy filled me in as far as taking photos of blemishes, etc.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that it was really contactless and the lack of the receipt for my final rental fee. I didn't see any local number in the United States to call if I did have a problem. What country is 001 4 803 894 572? I also didn't like the fact that I was renting someone's private vehicle. Is there anything on the site that said that? I guess I get what I pay for with the lack of a human and a large rental company.

Pros: Loved Carwiz - contactless car pickup and dropoff made it so easy and fast to get our car. I'd use them everytime.

Cons: They cancelled my reservation as soon as they could to enable themselves to rent my car to someone else at a higher rate. Leaving me stranded.

Pros: Absolutely nothing - review the case details and you can figure out why. They are liars and rude- I have text messages to prove and post for online reviews.

Cons: They never sent me the check in information, they tried to lie and say I didn't fill out my pre-check information, the customer service is terrible, I have never worked with such a terrible supplier. I have reported them to the federal BBB and also the local state BBB.

Pros: online booking, communication, and contactless. Car was great. price was great.

Cons: No flexibility on times for return. Pre-check in with loading of license and insurance info required prior to arrival for pick up (must be done fully). Robotlike experience, not warm and friendly. Don't have any problems.

Cons: The car. It literally sounded like it was going to die. Ever time I stopped at a light the brake peddle shook and vibrated people can literally hear the car I thought the car was going to break down.

Cons: Agency is not transparent about agreement and keep changing their forms. From unlimited mileage to limited mileage a day. Also they will charge you another day rental even with clear instructions how to drop off vehicle and all security cameras and badges prove the time of return. Shady business practices. They do not belong on DiscoverCars platform. Makes the platform look bad as well
