Cons: Don't tell me I'm paid in full then charge me $76.17! I was not in a position to argue because I needed the car! I will decline the bank charge!

Pros: Service at rental was great, fast and efficient.

Cons: Difficult to find the car return entrance. Apparently GPS directed us wrong but there was no signage once we found an entrance. An employee, that we flagged down ,was kind enough to tell us to follow him. We got to the drop off line and really didn't know what to do. An employee approached and asked for key. We asked what we should do next and he said "your done". We asked for directions to get to airport and he pointed "over there". We left unsure if we had just handed off car to a stranger.

Pros: The car performed well. The person at the car return was friendly and brought to us the camera which we left by mistake in the car.

Cons: We felt cheated because of the additional amounts levied at the time of the pick-up. The agent told us they had issues with Discover and did not receive full money, therefore had to charge us additional $100.80. The additional charges of $156.05 was not properly explained. At return, we could not get any answer either.

Cons: The reservation was not honored by Fox or Discover Cars. I made a simple request using the same credit card to switch the reservation to my wife who was with me on the trip. I made this because my Drivers license fell out of my wallet during transit. I called before my flight and explained the situation to both Discover Cars and Fox. It was the easiest accommodation that could have been made, being the it was the same credit card and she was with me, but it was not honored .

Cons: The parking lot attendants need attitude adjustments. Took 35 min to get a car while standing in the parking lot watching other rental car company guests simply walk to their assigned slots. None of us waiting knew where the attendants were or if we were even getting a car...

Pros: Quick and easy

Cons: To extend the rental agreement by 24hrs is too expensive. Eg $175 was the rate given when I called. $44 if I returned the car and started a new agreement for 24hrs.

Pros: Fine working with Fox. Discover cars is the real problem.

Cons: Fox has no ability to communicate with DC when DC makes a mistake or there’s an issue. Very problematic

Cons: When we got to the counter there was quite a long line of people. There were 3 representatives and at 12:55 as the customer in front of us stepped up to the counter the rep said “sorry going to lunch” and walked away
