Cons: They gave me a car with a front tire that was down to the cords and rubber shredding. Had the tire light not gone on to indicate a problem, it could've been a very dangerous and serious situation. I can't believe they let a car out to rent in that condition. It is something that should never, ever happen. Very poor quality control/inspection.

The lady was not helpful at all. She said she could rent me a car for twice the $$ . I rented from someone else.

Cons: Difficult to find the car return entrance. Apparently GPS directed us wrong but there was no signage once we found an entrance. An employee, that we flagged down ,was kind enough to tell us to follow him. We got to the drop off line and really didn't know what to do. An employee approached and asked for key. We asked what we should do next and he said "your done". We asked for directions to get to airport and he pointed "over there". We left unsure if we had just handed off car to a stranger.

Pros: The car performed well. The person at the car return was friendly and brought to us the camera which we left by mistake in the car.

Cons: We felt cheated because of the additional amounts levied at the time of the pick-up. The agent told us they had issues with Discover and did not receive full money, therefore had to charge us additional $100.80. The additional charges of $156.05 was not properly explained. At return, we could not get any answer either.

Cons: The reservation was not honored by Fox or Discover Cars. I made a simple request using the same credit card to switch the reservation to my wife who was with me on the trip. I made this because my Drivers license fell out of my wallet during transit. I called before my flight and explained the situation to both Discover Cars and Fox. It was the easiest accommodation that could have been made, being the it was the same credit card and she was with me, but it was not honored .
