Pros: Terrible, my booked car is not available and forced me the pay extra for higher grade car. I felt like I have a point posted at my head, I have no choice but to pay. The man said if u are not
Cons: Terrible, my booked car is not available and forced me the pay extra for higher grade car. I felt like I have a point posted at my head, I have no choice but to pay
Pros: Efficient
Cons: Did not even the car I booked. Or the category that I booked. Ruined entire drive experience
Pros: reasonable price and the reception close to the airport
Cons: Their checks on the vehicle was not consistent. When I rented a car, there were no records on a rim damage and I just took some photos. When I returned the car, they pointed out the damage and regarded it as something I had made.
Cons: Counter guy was a pain. Constantly tried to upswell on anything. Clearly did not hat the car I had ordered. Pushed to upgrade, pushed on insurance, couldn’t get a straight answer. Got frustrated and ended up with a Kia Sportage standard, which was fine in the end. Painfull process.
Pros: Easy
Cons: Upselling
