Cons: Unfortunately the park lot in Zadar airport did not have SW class cars, so we were offered a cross-SUV instead. The luggage barely fit in the trunk, eventually we managed to cram everything in.

Cons: Very UNhappy that we booked a car for full to full fuel policy and we were told we had no option but to pay for a tank of fuel up front and return as empty as we could. We only used half a tank of fuel so please can you obtain us a refund for the unused part as if our original agreement we booked was honoured then we would have only used and paid for half a tank of fuel and not a full tank costing over 50 euros
