Cons: They didn’t accept Revolut card as a payment for the deposit, so I had to use my bank debit card which was a bit of hassle as I hade to convert and enable payment in EUR on the spot.

Pros: They cheated and they charged 350€ for something we did not do. The employee looked for about 1 minut the car in circles, and it was perfect. Then looking to the mobile he spent 8 minuts looking down the front spoiler. He did not find the damage he was looking for so he keep on touching the down part of the spoiler, lying on the ground and checking the mobile instructions he was receiving until he finally found what he was expecting, once he found it he finished looking anywhere else.

Cons: They cheated on us. We were charged for something we did not do. El chico estuvo buscando el daño siguiendo claramente instrucciones del móvil porque ya sabía dónde buscar. Estuvo 1 minuto dando la vuelta al coche y haciendo las fotos de rigor y 8 minutos buscando este daño. Tumbado en el suelo, palpando con la mano solo en esa esquina del coche (debajo del parachoque delantero derecho) . Finalmente encontró el daño que tanto esperaba encontrar y se acabó la revisión. cobraron 350€ por el daño.

Pros: Auto ophalen was niets op aan te merken.

Cons: Bij het terug brengen hadden ze een krasje gevonden ondwe de auto die er volgens hun niet zat. Had overal foto's van maar niet van de onderkant. Had aan hun de foto gevraagt om te vergelijken maar die wilde ze me niet geven. Had daardoor meteen geen vertrouwen meer in dit bedrijf. Maak dus ook foto's van de onderkant als u een auto huurt bij dit bedrijf. Moest bijna 400 euro betalen voor een klein krasje.

Pros: 1100€ déposit and the guy is looking for a microscopic trace to keep a part of thé money… be carefull !!

Cons: 2h to pick the car, persons are not friendly, 45min late for the leaving, we almost missed our flight, and autowill workers, are still not friendly, looking for details to keep a part of the deposit..

Pros: Representative during checkout was pleasant, even though their under staffed, and too busy to handle the high customer flow during summer months at Zadar Airport.

Cons: My reservation was for pick up at 10:00am. My car (not what I reserved), and smaller was not signed over to me until 12:27pm. Yes, 2.27hrs to be provided our rental car. This is unacceptable, and if not bad enough we had to wait in the open sun. At the most it should take 30min to receive a vehicle!

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 3000 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1300.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
During the winter season (from 01.11 until 15.04) Winter tires are not included in the price but will be added to it as a mandatory additional charge of 50.00 EUR per rental.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off. A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon collecting the vehicle.
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Written permission from the rental company is required.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Cross border fee.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge. Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
