Pros: The car was good and did all that we could have asked of a hire car.

Cons: On the instructions it definitely said that someone would be waiting at the arrivals exit at the airport. In fact no one was there. When you are expecting to be met, its a disappointment when you're not. It would have been better to have known beforehand that we needed to ring someone on arrival.

Cons: No one at the meet and greet. When I called to chase them up they told me to wait at a certain point and they would be there in 5 or 6 minutes. 15 mins later no sign of anyone. I then recieved a call from the person picking us up and he hadn’t bothered to leave his van to come and ‘meet’ us. He then took us to a gravel car park where they store their cars. Spoke to a guy in the porta cabin and he wouldn’t give us the car because we didn’t have a credit card and insisted we pay for insurance.

Cons: Very difficult to find the agent - they're in departures (not arrivals!) on a tiny desk managing four or five companies, not well signposted. They were thoroughly unhelpful and refused to make a booking amendment to put the name of my partner on the booking since she was the only one with a credit card present (mine was lost in the taxi on departure).

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 89 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Payment policy
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
If the customer wishes to use Debit cards, he/she will be required to purchase Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW).

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, European Union.
In order to travel to the following country(ies):Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, customer must purchase the following insurance policy(ies): Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW).
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
