Cons: After our flight was delayed for over 4 hours we were told our car hire had been cancelled and I would need to make a new reservation.Even though we had emailed you to alert you of our delay. From €750 we had agreed to pay my new price was £1150. I asked to cancel the rental,of which the assistant called her boss and told me we could have the same car at the original price. This caused distress to my wife as it was dark and late.

Pros: I didn’t damage the car , they hadn’t prove but they said you made damage. She said you damaged under the car .

Cons: Car was low on oil, had to buy oil myself. Car did not have any wiper fluid. It takes three weeks after returning the car for returning the deposit (even though the rental agent signed that I correctly and neatly returned the car). The fact that they try to rip me off with incorrect deposit amounts is enraging.
Pros: They could speak good English. No stress pick up of car.
Cons: They were away from office booth on both occasions and i didnt have a phone to call the number to find out why. As it happens they were only minutes away showing someone a car. But every other car hire co Ive ever used has someone showing cars and someone manning the office.
Cons: Took over 2 hours to pick it up and 35 minutes to drop it off. Agents were never at the desk and could not be reached by phone.
