Pros: Very helpful and friendly agents. The car was new, in perfect condition, exactly what we ordered, at a good price.

Cons: Zadar Airport, could not cope with two flights arriving at the same time. The queue pick-up point was queuing outside in the sun for maybe an hour. It was really really hot and a bit dangerous and dehydrating. Not sure why the queue moved so slowly because the agent, when we got to her, was pretty efficient. Maybe they've been trying to push a lot of options on to other people and that's how things. We knew exactly what we wanted so well able to say no to everything quickly.

Pros: It's my first time renting any car, overall a good experience. Was "upgraded" to a bigger car, good for some but i personally wanted a smaller car that i booked, but was fine. I dropped off 6-7am before they opened so just put keys in the box and got a confirmation email saying all was good after a day.

Cons: Pick up was slow, not fully blaming the staff as there was a large group who were taking a long time, but had to wait about half an hour and once it was my turn it was a 5 min process.

Cons: The time spend to get the car - too much admin? The car's modern handbrake - why can't I just push the button and decide for myself when it should be on or off! No, I have to push the gas and THEN it turns off. Well, not Flizzr's fault modern cars are for non-drivers.

Cons: The local staff at the Flizzr/Sixt desk were extremely rude and unhelpful. They accused me of not having money to pay the CDW and slung accusations around between themselves and made under their breath comments when I was trying to speak to my bank to try and resolve the fact that their card machine would not accept my credit card. I had more than enough sufficient funds to cover the transaction, I spoke to my bank who assured me there was no block on my card. Their machine was at fault not me

Pros: Very good handover and pick up...person explained everything about the car in english. I was also upgraded to a better car because they didn't have any left of the one I booked.

Cons: Due to upgrade they had to clean my car at the last minute. They didn't hoover it and I didn't realise until thd next day but once the air freshner had worn off the car smelt of smoke.

Pros: Good quality car. Good value for money.

Cons: We waited for an hour to get served, late at night (9.15-10.15pm) then had to emphasize that it was not fair to charge us a late night tarif. Deposit was increased from 1200E to 1500E. Excess was very high (900E) and although the guy was friendly he was very pushy to get us to pay an additional 378E to reduce excess to zero. How to return the car was not made clear so we queued for 45 minutes at a desk only to be told to go back and wait at the car. Sixt feedback q’re link didn’t work.

Cons: Lots of upselling and additional charges at the desk which were not made clear at time of booking. Eg being charged for a full tank of petrol automatically, even if car is returned with a full tank with no option to not pay that automatic charge.

Pros: They do not care about small scratches that ia a good point but i did not belive it so took pictures of the car as had problem with different rental company in the last but no issue at the end. New car 1000km

Cons: Deposit 1200euro in the contract they charged 1500 and did not care about contract.... Prepaid fuel full to empty so you need to use all. Rude agent in the office but really nice assitant who gave us a car.

Pros: I got the car I had chosen, dropping it off was quick and easy.

Cons: The late fee they charged because Ryanair got us there after their 10pm closing time;for context Ryanairs flight is late every single week, I do wonder whether there is a kickback to Ryanair to ensure flights are delayed. There was a long queue when we started queuing and yet I feel only the last few of us got charged the Out of Hours fee. The fee was 25.60 Euros in a country where the average salary is 1000 Euros a month they made at least 76 euros that night.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

For vehicles in groups Standard a driver license issued at least 2 years ago is required.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU. Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain-Mainland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, San Marino.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Winter tires.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Fuel policy
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
In no case will a refund be given for unused fuel.
Additional information
If the vehicle requires a special cleaning procedure after it is returned, a minimum charge of 60 EUR will apply.

By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 29 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
