Pros: The car was brand new, I was the 1st renter
Cons: The fees for anything wrong are huge: I remember a 150 Eur fine just for returning the car dirty - you don't find any of those fees on the internet. The rental agent was extremely thorough during the vehicle inspection: in addition to checking inside and out, she ran her hand along the entire bottom rim of the car - she didn't find anything wrong

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.
Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form. Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
