Pros: Really easy and straightforward company. Not the cheapest or most expensive but great value and good quality reasonable mileage cars.

Pros: No one waited for us at the airport arrivals and had no clue where to find them ended up asking people on the street about where's the car rental lots or desk.

Cons: Pick up desk is not in the airport and it is not so clear where and how the take the shuttle service to the office. After that there was a waiting time of about half an hour to the next available shuttle to the Rental office (they have a deal with the airport taxi company). And finally, they didn't have the exact baby seat we needed (baby seat for over 1yo - not booster)

Cons: The company is not located at the airport. you have to take a taxi to get there. when returning the car, you need to wait for a transfer to the airport.

Cons: It took a bit long, and they did what was in the contract but nothing extra (like upgrade or motorway vignette or extra courtesy).

Pros: The car was upgraded from the ordered one, was spacious and very efficient

Cons: The representative at the airport left waiting area earlier than expected and eventually there was a problem with the shuttle to the rental station . But to be honest , they reimbursed us with free vignette , so it was very satisfying . Also it took some time to get back to the airport after the car return due to driver’s shift changes , but eventually it was OK.

Pros: I wish I had gotten the young man's name... There was an employee there who was WONDERFUL. He sits at the first desk on the left behind the counter. He was helpful when we picked up the car, and remembered us when we returned. So friendly, and answered our questions. I would like to thank him, but again I cannot remember getting his name.

Cons: Placed far away from airport. We ordered child seat for our 2 years old. But when we got a car they were very surprised that we want child seat. They told they have last one, that was very old and not suitable for child's age.

Cons: The car has some minor flaw on the outside, but they will inspect the car to make sure they don't charge for something that's not done by me.

Cons: We did not know that we needed to get a taxi (free) to their rental offices about 3kms away. In hindsight we found out that they actually have a person whom stands with a name board at the arrivals to assist. Bit of a bun fight getting into Budapest customs, so our contact had long left by the time we came out!

Cons: When I checked in their printer was broken. They might want to invest in having two printers in case this happens again. I had to wait an hour to have my documents printed. With that said, the receptionist was apologetic and nice.

Cons: Instructions to get taxi to Schiller were not clear - took 10 minutes to discover rental desk was outside airport, not inside. Dropping the car off took an hour because there were only two staff on duty. They were very good, but they were rushed off their feet

Cons: We had a problem with the car. It was scratched in the parking.Since 04.07.2017 I am waiting for SCHILLER Rent to send me the form witch they have to fill it in order to send you all the documents for the refund of the amount that Schiller retained from my credit card.

Pros: The agent was great and the car was new. We originally booked the car for 14 days and we extended by 4 days via email easily and they didn't overcharge for extra days.
