Pros: Fair price, drop off was fast and hassle free. Overall a good price to experience ratio. The car itself was OK condition...not very new but not very old also.

Cons: The pickup was a bit unconventional. The driver forgot to pick us up after we called. Called 15 minutes later and got an apology and the driver was there in 15 minutes more. The car itself was dirty inside and out, or at the least not cleaned well. But returned exactly the same condition without any problems. Don't expect high level cars/cleanliness but very honest and fair price, so that's the trade off.

Cons: Drop-off was a nightmare. We have arrived early morning, at the agreed time, but nobody picked up the phone at the office and we couldn't get through the gates. Fortunately the parking was shared and an other car just arrived to an other car rental, so we could sneak in through the gates after them and wake up the agent in the office. This coincidence saved us, otherwise I have no idea how and when could we drop off the car, and we would probably miss our flight.

Then I asked my question and he was interrupting me with an answer to a question I didn't ask, then was saying "NOW ask again your question!"It was the Worst experience one could get

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Limited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2000.00), Theft Protection, Winter tires, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Renters from the following country(ies): non-EU must provide the following documents: International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.


Additional charges will be applied.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Hungary.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
