Dryyve at Budapest Airport

Pros: Excellent and we always use dryvve

Cons: The surprise of additional cost rescue and recovery which was previously included

Pros: The Dryyve 12/5/2025 no one in there, can not pick up the car, no one pick up the phone call at 11:30PM...

Cons: The Dryyve not one in there on 12/5, please refund

Pros: Fast processing.

Cons: They charged extra, even though the order supposedly included everything.

Pros: Fair price, drop off was fast and hassle free. Overall a good price to experience ratio. The car itself was OK condition...not very new but not very old also.

Cons: The pickup was a bit unconventional. The driver forgot to pick us up after we called. Called 15 minutes later and got an apology and the driver was there in 15 minutes more. The car itself was dirty inside and out, or at the least not cleaned well. But returned exactly the same condition without any problems. Don't expect high level cars/cleanliness but very honest and fair price, so that's the trade off.

Pros: The flexibility (our train was delayed 6 hours so we weren't able to pick up the car until the following day), the simplicity of picking up the car after a stressful day & night was incredibly nice.

Cons: Nothing. They were amazing

Pros: Pretty much nothing, understaffed, super rude, lied, gave me a car that was sitting there the whole time 4 hours later. After I was told they had no car for me for 3 hours, and gave cars to other people who came hours after me.

Cons: Whole experience the worst I’ve ever had renting a car anywhere in the world .

Pros: Customer service great.

Cons: Charged a highe extra fee for traveling across country borders.

Pros: The agent was nice, patient, helpful. The check out was simple.

Cons: It is always not comfortable to pickup the car away from the airport, but it was significantly cheaper, and I will do it again.

Pros: Great staff members . Very friendly . Spoke good English for me too which was very useful.

Cons: Front car mats were ripped.

Pros: Every thing was clear

Cons: Hidden fees!!! I was charged 49 Euros when I picked up the car.

Pros: Absolutely nothing. Worst experience ever with car rental company

Cons: Everything

Pros: Price ..pick up and drop off service ( especially in the middle of night ) .. good cars to get around in

Cons: Easy of finding the location of pick up at the airport .. ( if you have a hungarian phone or Sim card it would be much easier to connect them )

Pros: They were courteous and helpfully.

Cons: The fact I was charged for a night pickup but the contract with discover did not include this with the cost even though aware of midnight arrival, so had to pa €49 for that charge that I was not expecting.

Cons: Drop-off was a nightmare. We have arrived early morning, at the agreed time, but nobody picked up the phone at the office and we couldn't get through the gates. Fortunately the parking was shared and an other car just arrived to an other car rental, so we could sneak in through the gates after them and wake up the agent in the office. This coincidence saved us, otherwise I have no idea how and when could we drop off the car, and we would probably miss our flight.

Pros: Read main review above.

Cons: Let the customers know to wait by parking bay 5 at arrivals. It was unclear where we need to await pick-up. Not enough screen wash fluid for the length of our booking.

Pros: Struggled to find them but once i called them, they promptly came to collect me.

Cons: Generally very good

Cons: There were 600km included in the contract. I used 1200km and I had to pay extra 2 times the initial fee

Pros: Quick, helpful, easy, excellent.

Pros: clear, fast, helpful

Cons: it wasnt clear for me that i had to call them after landing to pick me up

Pros: Excellent

Cons: Efficiency from being picked up and dropped off

Pros: Very nice and friendly

Cons: They didn’t have the car that we order but they gave us a good alternative

Pros: The staff were really friendly, quick and helpful

Cons: Tricky to find the drop off on the Sat Nav

Cons: The child seat provided was terrible and the rental company was non responsive regarding providing a replacement

Pros: All new cars, and clean.

Cons: Fuel should be full to full, a recommendation.

Pros: Fairly clear on extra fees. Did not try to push additional insurance on me. Pick up was not bad - about a 15-20 min wait.

Cons: Did not like that the car did not have any oil in it and that I had to fill it myself. Also the car had a big dent in the back.

Pros: Could not contact dryvve at the airport. They phoned me and arranged pick up

Cons: The company charged me for a large amount of money that was not listed in our rental contract and did not tell me that I had to clean the vehicle at the end

Pros: Cross border charge was very high (99€).

Pros: Great value for money

Cons: No WhatsApp reply when I reached the airport or any message where to get picked up from

Cons: היה כדאי שבשביל תיירים ישראלים שלא יודעים אנגלית טוב . כדאי להחזיק שם מכשיר עם תרגום גוגל כדי להבין את האנשים שם.

Pros: Good pick up once I have called them

Cons: Maybe mention that is mandatory to call for a pick up. As the airport staff are clueless

Pros: They are superb. Very helpfull and the cars are mostly new. Customer service perfect. Will be back.

Pros: pick up and dropping at the airport for free, staffs behaviour

Cons: time taken for picking up the car (1 hour 15 minutes) , only one staff at the counter. and also the toll charge (15 euro) which was not mentioned before. cross country charge of 100 euro is ok

Pros: Nice and helpful people

Cons: N/A

Cons: Without winter tyres, in December!

Pros: They are very kind, helpfull, and easy the all process!

Cons: Nothing wrong with them!

Pros: The car is comfortable

Cons: Failure to deliver the car on time

Pros: Polite staff, nice car and good value for money 👍

Cons: N/A

Pros: Easy location ..

Cons: Pick up location, how is specified on there web site .

Pros: Car in a perfect condition, new, clean

Cons: Spent 1h to find the desk, The representative that gave me the car was kind and nice, just the opposite of the one who was receiving it from me: he was shouting at me, spoke rudely, cursed me in Hungarian which I don't speak. I asked a question and he was like "SIGN ON THE PAPER!!" I couldn't read what I signed on. Then I asked my question and he was interrupting me with an answer to a question I didn't ask, then was saying "NOW ask again your question!"It was the Worst experience one could get

Pros: Every thing

Cons: Fees for different return place

Pros: Nice pick up driver down hill from that

Cons: I got charged double at the end of the rental period for somw unknown reason

Pros: Excellent pick up and great customer service when required
