Dryyve at Budapest Airport

Pros: Fair price, drop off was fast and hassle free. Overall a good price to experience ratio. The car itself was OK condition...not very new but not very old also.

Cons: The pickup was a bit unconventional. The driver forgot to pick us up after we called. Called 15 minutes later and got an apology and the driver was there in 15 minutes more. The car itself was dirty inside and out, or at the least not cleaned well. But returned exactly the same condition without any problems. Don't expect high level cars/cleanliness but very honest and fair price, so that's the trade off.

Pros: The flexibility (our train was delayed 6 hours so we weren't able to pick up the car until the following day), the simplicity of picking up the car after a stressful day & night was incredibly nice.

Cons: Nothing. They were amazing

Pros: Pretty much nothing, understaffed, super rude, lied, gave me a car that was sitting there the whole time 4 hours later. After I was told they had no car for me for 3 hours, and gave cars to other people who came hours after me.

Cons: Whole experience the worst I’ve ever had renting a car anywhere in the world .

Cons: It is always not comfortable to pickup the car away from the airport, but it was significantly cheaper, and I will do it again.

Cons: Easy of finding the location of pick up at the airport .. ( if you have a hungarian phone or Sim card it would be much easier to connect them )

Cons: The fact I was charged for a night pickup but the contract with discover did not include this with the cost even though aware of midnight arrival, so had to pa €49 for that charge that I was not expecting.

Cons: Drop-off was a nightmare. We have arrived early morning, at the agreed time, but nobody picked up the phone at the office and we couldn't get through the gates. Fortunately the parking was shared and an other car just arrived to an other car rental, so we could sneak in through the gates after them and wake up the agent in the office. This coincidence saved us, otherwise I have no idea how and when could we drop off the car, and we would probably miss our flight.

Cons: Let the customers know to wait by parking bay 5 at arrivals. It was unclear where we need to await pick-up. Not enough screen wash fluid for the length of our booking.

Pros: Struggled to find them but once i called them, they promptly came to collect me.

Cons: Spent 1h to find the desk, The representative that gave me the car was kind and nice, just the opposite of the one who was receiving it from me: he was shouting at me, spoke rudely, cursed me in Hungarian which I don't speak. I asked a question and he was like "SIGN ON THE PAPER!!" I couldn't read what I signed on. Then I asked my question and he was interrupting me with an answer to a question I didn't ask, then was saying "NOW ask again your question!"It was the Worst experience one could get
