Pros: Pick up: There were many customers so they sent 2 vans to pick up the customers. Even though there were many customers at once, there were 4 agents handling the customers, so the wait wasn't too long. Drop off: It took us 20 minutes from the moment we drove in to the moment we were dropped off at the airport. Even though we did not buy the special package, the return was smooth. The car general condition was very nice, we ordered an Toyota Aygo and got upgrade an Opel Corsa.

Cons: There was an attempt to sell the service package to reduce the deposit, to include toll roads, and have better service. It made a feeling that not buying it was a big risk.We did not buy it nonetheless because we have insurance.

Nem mellesleg Discover Cars honlapján a foglaláskor teljes körű biztosítást kötöttem. Miután megtagadtam az extra költsèget a barátságosság is elszállt az ügyintèző rèszèről. Az autó átnèzèsekor a kèrdèseimre flegma válaszokat kaptam, nem mutatta meg mik a már meglèvő sèrülèsek a kocsin.

However when we returned the car they suddenly found several more scratches thus charging us thousands of euros. They forced me to sign a one sided contract with no way to protect myself. The whole experience was extremely humiliating.

I wiped the marks away with wet wipes in front of them, proving that it was dirt but they insisted on marking them as damage, threatening not to take me on the shuttle which would make me miss my flight if I did not sign the return papers. When I asked for the manager, they refused.

Also, I don't appreciate being asked for a Tripadvisor review on the spot when I return the car, in their presence and influence. It is anything but professional + makes me greatly question all the 5 star ratings I read prior to booking.

However, it can be used only next time when I rent DIRECTLY from Klass Wagen - which is at the higher rate and may never happen as I'm from Australia. I feel that is not fair. Could rent the car for a month only initially, so when I wanted to extend prices were much higher, unacceptable for me.

Instead the price I got from the website 407.45 CAD , I should pay 438 EUR ! Cons: The nonsense with the car condition process. I had to inspect each of the 34 marks or scratches on collection and hope there wasn’t 35 on my return endangering my Euro 2500 deposit.

Pros: They were very friendly, accommodating, and clear.

Cons: We had an issue with an incorrect parking ticket, and they essentially just told us we'd have to pay it. However, they did look into the cause with us, which we appreciated.

Cons: pick up in the dark --> had to use flashlight to inspect the car, was advised to take pictures of all of the car(how to do that in the dark?) in order to avoid discussions during dropoff..If they would ask an acce^ptable rate for the full casco i would allways include full casco with them, now i was covered by discovery insurance (covers the deposit). It would be more assured having full casco but the rates are bit exagerated, it feels like they want to make their profit via the 'casco insurance

Pros: Fast service

Cons: The language barrier and the costs are different to what is advertised on the website. Massive smelly spill in the boot of the car; someone had attempted to clean it previously, but it was still obvious. The car wasn't filled with petrol as I was told, but I returned it with the same amount of petrol missing was it was ok. The car has an automatic lane sensor that can't be turned off, which is unhelpful on highways when frequently changing lanes.

Pros: Very friendly and professional.

Cons: A hard-sell technique for buying the extra insurance/full package. It cost more than the car rental itself, and was misleading in many ways. We declined, but the hard-sell was there nonetheless.

Pros: The car has run already 95,000 km. 20% of side mirrors surface was covered with unremovable stains. I can send photos if requested, Front break disk plates made noise and smoke smell.

Pros: The ladies looking after us when we checked in were great. The car was in great shape and they upgraded us.

Cons: The guy showed me a tiny scrape barely visible almost under the car, impossible for me to see at night when we picked it up. Also using a black light to check for damage on a car beyond the naked eye is also idiotic. I realize this is a way to scam people for money. Sadly we were taken advantage of. We brought the car back exactly how we got it other than some rain water on it. We travel a lot for business and so do our friends. I will NEVER recommend Klass Wagen.

Pros: Service was good, but they werent honest about their rates and the extras. In their conditions there was a maximum price for a child seat, but they were stating the would charge me more at a per day rate.

Pros: The dropp-off was fast and smooth, the agent was superfriendly and service-minded. He provided us with a voucher when hearing that we were not satisfied with the company.

Cons: The arrogant attitude of the agent when picking up the car was a real downer. She was unfriendly and not at all service-minded when some issues arose. You should also consider one thing when renting a car from Klasswagen Hungary. If you get a car with a Romanian licence plate (40 per cent of their cars are registered in Romania) you will pay double the price for fuel since cars registered outside Hungary do not benefit from the fuel price cap introduced by the Hungarian government.

Pros: Overall a good experience. I wasn't super impressed the price didn't match what Discovercars said I was paying for but the person at the desk adjusted once I complained. But the car was really good and fun to drive. I was a bit worried about insurance (I got it from Discovercars and declined the insurance from Klass Wagen (had to leave a deposit)) but I didn't damage the car and they weren't unreasonable at all when I dropped it off - just a quick check over for new damage.

Cons: They The car rental is not located in the airport, their rental office and car lot is a few kilometers from airport. You have to call them to send a shuttle to the airport terminal to pick you up. They insist on buying their full insurance even if you already have one. The car they gave me had more than 40 dents on it.

Pros: The car was 100 perfect, exactly as described, perfectly clean, in immaculate shape. We got exactly the car that we reserved. All the cars on the rental lot appeared new or nearly new.

Cons: At the time of booking, we got a good price with reasonable insurance. When we were picking up the car, the price without insurance was higher than the original quote that included the insurance, the additional insurance was 75 euros higher than the cost of the rental. In addition, they used cheap high-pressure sales techniques reemenecent of a used car salesman. While the car was great and return was easy, I recommend avoiding this business, use an established rental outfit and avoid surprises

Pros: The car was only hoovered inside. The windows and windscreens were filthy inside and outside. The car looked like it was borrowed from someone in the last minute.

Cons: Old car with plenty of damage. We were told we would have to pay for the slightest scratch, even though damage wasn't being fixed. This meant we spent a stressful 30 mins trying to document all the damage on the car. The pressure tactics trying to get me to pay another ~100 euros (more than the cost to hire the car) to reduce damage liability, even though I insisted I have my own insurance. To top it all off, I was quoted £66.46 by discovercars.com only to be charged £79.05 in the end.

Cons: No service whatsoever. Phone number provided by Discovercars didn't work so I had to get the taxi in the middle of the night to take me to rental company. Complain twice about poor service or rather lack of service I should say and no one been bother to contact me.

Pros: Our first impression about customer service was good and the car was also as expected. Car drop off was fast and efficient.

Cons: We paid for full insurance upfront but the local car hire company still tried to sell their own insurance, claiming that my insurance would not be valid for a large number of claims unless I presented a police report even for stone chipping or minor scratches. We felt they tried to really intimidate us with classic sales tricks into paying for their insurance. Really bad practice and for that reason we would not use this company again.

I realized this is standard practice, though it’s bad business.Instead of being upfront,they had coworkers come over and laughed at me & told me I am too stupid to understand.One rep said car was only one available with gas,while one said it was an upgrade for my trouble.Dishonest. Bad experience.

Pros: Nothing- this is a bullying company specialised in taking advantage in vulnarable travellers in the middle of the night

Cons: They used phsycological terror from the first second. They are forcing you into a more expensive scheme by thretening with the worst scenarios you are aftaid of.

Cons: Even though i gave my arrival time and flight number I still had to call them to pick me up. The full coverage was more expensive than I expected and the car did not have vignette for highways without the full coverage.
