Pros: The agents spoke good English, and were efficient in filling in the paperwork and no pressure to take out extra insurance

Cons: Having to walk down a steep hill to pick up the car, with the luggage trolley, as it was advertised as being at the terminal, which last time it was, if it had been raining I would have got soaking wet. At least I didn’t have to get in a mini bus to get to the car.

Pros: A representative was waiting for me at the airport, who was very friendly and the shuttle service was very quick too! The paperwork didn't take a long time and the car was almost brand new! It was also an huge help that it had Apple carplay, so I could use my music and navigation apps instantly, without any hassle!
