Cons: They are a scam company who regularly steal from tourists. They are very difficult to reach. They made up some scratches on the car that we definitely did not cause on they say and a half that we had the car. So they claim that we need to pay them 440 euros for damages. Their employee changed her story several times, obviously lying to our faces. This is car rental from hell and ruined our trip.

Cons: You need to take shuttle to their office, which is also the office for airport short/long time parking. Meaning you may be queuing with other passengers to get on the shuttle, this queue may be long (but should be less than 30 minutes) if you are in bad luck.

You MUST work together with each other, because all the (understandable) reasoning aside, making your customers to pay coverage twice is scam like behaviour, no other way to put it.
