Pros: Absolutely nothing.

Cons: The company would not accept my credit card so I had to pay additional €200 on arrival or forgo my booking without refund. The car had a warning sign that is past service and oil change. 10 mins into driving a tyre burst. I called for help to Panek and was told they don't have a car nearby and I had to wait 7 hours for 2nd car!!! With my child in the back seat.

Pros: The rental desk was very easy to locate

Cons: When picking up the car I had to pay extra £20 fee to avoid charges for returning the car "dirty" (they told me that otherwise I had to clean the car before returning it). This was not mentioned at time of booking, but the rental company explained that this was in their own "private" agreement. Furthermore, as per the attached picture, the car was covered in glue on both sides. Driving a car in such a condition was unexpected, and yet, I was still asked to pay extra for cleaning services!

Pros: Easy to find office at airport

Cons: Panek was going to charge my credit card without letting me know how much they were charging to it. Thankfully I insisted on them showing me the balance I owed because they wanted over double what was quoted by discover cars. I canceled rental due to the large difference between quote and actual price. Very frustrating situation over all.

Pros: The staff at the Poznan airport office was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I visit Poznan every couple of years and this was the best rental experience I had this far. Definitely will be coming back in the future.

Pros: Clean and new car. Minimum formalities

Cons: This opinion is not related to the current booking but to my previous one before: an agent from Konin which was serving Kalisz on that day simply was lying to me that the car I booked in is not available and I have to take another car. He didn't know that I was on call with Panek earlier on and was assured that my automatic car is on the way from Lodz depot and will be available but with slight delay. It turned out that the liar was in rush because he wanted to finish job earlier. Unprofessional

Pros: Nothing. To many things were wrong. Pls see below.

Cons: Front windscreen very dirty inside, front windscreen washers not working as they should, seat belt buckles missing at the back - turned out they were under the seat, couldn’t choose the currency when paying - PANEK said they can’t let me choose, eventually they let me pay in PLN but later they cancelled PLN transaction and took money in GBP, and they took more than they should. I do not recommend PANEK at all. Be careful when paying with foreign credit card at PANEK!!!

Pros: The car was exactly model as booking in new condition and clean, staff (Mr. Mateusz at Poznan Airport) is friendly and helpful.

Cons: The counter at the Airport is on the departure Hall that is hard to find when we was arrived at Poznan but in return the car you have to park the car at the arrival zone and come back to departure Hall. By the way, staff walked us to get the car and inspected the car when returned. Very good experience with Panek.

By the time we got to the parking lot the desk was already closed and it was a tad difficult to retrieve the representatives, but once we did they handled are issue in a reasonable timeframe. * All the documents and email correspondence were in Polish.

Cons: On the arrival we have been told there was a mistake and they didn't have car seats for our 3 kids that we have ordered (Age: 2,5 & 9) We have taken what they gave us 2 polystyrene boosters and baby seat. It was almost midnight and we couldn't just go and buy car seat suitable for our 2 year old. We got a wee discount but arriving so late with 3 kids and not having suitable car seats is not acceptable. Panke's employee was very apologetic and professional but it was scary trip to our destination

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 930.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax, Out-of-hours drop-off.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

If the duration of your stay in Poland is longer than 6 months, a driver license issued in Poland is required.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age).

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
In no case will a refund be given for unused fuel.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
