Pros: Car was brand new and superb overall. No issues with paperwork etc. In general, all went well and smooth.

Cons: Finding pickup place was difficult, signage not ideal. Person who was giving car away at parking lot did not have any branding on them like Alamo shirt, sign, whatsoever. No chance to find out until you ask a guy who does not look like working for a rent a car company... Finding correct entrance for car drop off not so clear but eventually all worked.

Pros: Wash water was almost empty, car was not service because come in alarm for service car 4000 hour, looks like required change oil and filter. Also when filling up the wash water has been found some wet on the engine, looks like some leak fuel or engine oil.

Cons: Good car , but not for family. Very good hold the road during snow.

Pros: Good service, since not they're fault, that discovercars.com provided wrong info about excess.

Cons: Nobody to check/collect car on return, keys dropped in a return box, and having to wait till next day, for confirmation that everything is ok with the car and deposit will be returned in full. Mind you, it was second day of Christmas, hence probably exceptional situation, not a norm.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 600.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

For vehicles in groups Luxury, Intermediate, Minivan, Premium, Fullsize a driver license issued at least 2 years ago is required.

For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
Deductible/excess will be charged per damage.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 01.11 to 01.04.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 0 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
