Pros: Friendly stuff and in general very good prices.
Cons: I had to upgrade or go for manual car because my car was not available. The car that I received had a very dirty window inside and one tyre air pressure was going down frequently.
Pros: I didn't like anything. The car was not there when I arrived at pick up point. Apparently the car i ordered was at service.The only option I got is to pay extra money and get higher class car.
Cons: I didn't get any notice mentioning that the car I requested is not available.
Pros: I payed insurance included returning the car clean inside ,when I went to pick up the car , the car was dirty in and out I meant it (very dirty)had no choice as the agent was busy with someone else and o had to go.
Cons: The gentleman was working alone he was nice helpful but the car shouldn't be served for customer with the conditions I had.
Cons: Upon arrival my car wasn't there and the agent after calling tje driver informwd me I can either wait for the car to be eventually returned (in any condition it will be) or pay much more for a car upgrade. I had to pay £350 on top of the amount I already paid just to be able to drive away .... very bad experience.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office. In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
