Flex To Go at Poznan Airport

Pros: Friendly stuff and in general very good prices.

Cons: I had to upgrade or go for manual car because my car was not available. The car that I received had a very dirty window inside and one tyre air pressure was going down frequently.

Pros: I didn't like anything. The car was not there when I arrived at pick up point. Apparently the car i ordered was at service.The only option I got is to pay extra money and get higher class car.

Cons: I didn't get any notice mentioning that the car I requested is not available.

Pros: I payed insurance included returning the car clean inside ,when I went to pick up the car , the car was dirty in and out I meant it (very dirty)had no choice as the agent was busy with someone else and o had to go.

Cons: The gentleman was working alone he was nice helpful but the car shouldn't be served for customer with the conditions I had.

Cons: Upon arrival my car wasn't there and the agent after calling tje driver informwd me I can either wait for the car to be eventually returned (in any condition it will be) or pay much more for a car upgrade. I had to pay £350 on top of the amount I already paid just to be able to drive away .... very bad experience.

Cons: When I arrived at the FlexToGo desk at Poznan airport there was no attendant at the desk. I called the phone number listed at the desk 3 times and nobody answered. The same happened when dropping off the car. It simply took patience to wait for someone to show up. I looked over the car with an attendant at drop off to come to an agreement that the car is not damaged and despite that it has been almost 3 weeks and there is still a temporary charge on my credit card as if I will still be charged f

Pros: Reservation didn’t go ahead.

Cons: Avoid!! No curtesy from the car rent company. Reservation cancelled after being only 11 mins late. Won’t use again! My car was given to someone else and I have been offered to make another reservation for a mega money. Left me struggle with 3 small children AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!

Pros: Very disappointed, on arrival I have been told that my credit card can't be accepted as it has my initial and surname on it rather then first and last name. I was with my 5 month old daughter and laguage, to be told I had to pay over £450 if I wanted to take the car I have booked in advance (original price was under £200). It caused a huge distress to me and my daughter, I had a panic attack and had to call my husband to calm myself down. Very unprofessional service, wold never use you again.

Cons: this company requires EMBOSSED credit card that most banks in the UK does not provide anymore. Otherwise you have to pay max. premium insurance. It is written with tiny font at the end of the booking, all to catch you out and pay extra...

Cons: BE AWARE One thing which put sour note on my travel was credit card payment. They don’t accept new credit cards only the old style with imprinted numbers which I didn’t know about until I came to pickup. They thought advice in small print about that , but in my opinion should be stated in BOLD LETTERS. Otherwise you will have to end up paying premium for your car.

Cons: The entire experience. I reserved a car for a trip weeks in advance. When I arrived Flex To Go would not rent me a car. It put me in a real pinch with finding last minute transportation at a reasonable price. Thanks Avis and Natalia for coming through!

Pros: The agent was very pushy and have outdated policy stating that credit card should have embossed numbers. I own Amex gold and MasterCard from Halifax bank (bank in the UK) and all those cards are flat. All the cards now are flat! Based on this I was told I am unable to have a car unless I purchase an all in insurance provided by the agent plus value of the total cost for fuel ( full tank! Cons: As a UK driving licence holder, I have not been clearly informed during booking that my licence is not enough to rent a car. I have been told that at 00:30 at the desk of car rental company. And if I would not pay EXTRA 800 zl for full insurance, they would not rent me a car... I will only mention that I have already paid for full insurance and rent together that were 280zl... well done not impressed at all...

Cons: Flex To Go did not really have any power to impact anything that DiscoverCars had arranged re: full name required on my credit card. They simply told me that they cannot rent me a car unless I pay an extra fee of $430+ CAD.

Cons: Everything. No service, no accountability, no car, no notice.

Pros: I was able to rent a car from them in the end.

Cons: My car wasn't ready, apparently it had not returned from a service in time. No apology was offered ('It's not my fault, or Flex to Go's fault either' was what I heard). I was offered a smaller car, 1 level down from what I had paid for or 'free booking cancellation'. The car I eventually settled for was far from spotless.

Cons: Very rude service! We never esperience this kind of customer service! We were traveling with my 2 years old doughter and arrived at the rental company desk hour and a half late as our flight was delayed. Told by the person at the desk our car rental has been cancelled as we are too late and the car has been rented to someone else already even that we already paid part of the money to Discovery cars and insurance. Left the airport with no car. Luckly we managed to hire a car from somewhere else.

Pros: I rent a car from airport website, paid before travel for car and full insurance. On airport flex to go told me that I Don't have insurance and I need to pay extra £109 for full insurance. I rented many times cars on airport and first time had situation like that. Really don't RECOMMEND flex to go!

Cons: Hidden charges. Same company but under different name of ‘global’ already charged me full insurance package last year due to my credit card not being valid ‘long enough’. It had 5 months left on it but they wanted 6. This time around, my name was not in full but I had an initial printed on it. Same cards were then fine to collect the increased payment. Scam!

Cons: Avoid as a plague!!!! Cheaters and scammers rejecting your valid credit card so you have to but a full insurance from them which double your rent. Also they claim car damages which don't excist even if you have a proof. Nobody in the office all time. Absolutely scammers who should disappear from this business.
