Pros: The cars were good, especially for the price. Clean and ran well.

Cons: After hours you have to call and wait for them to show up, even though we had a set reservation, so we had to wait an hour for them to get through traffic to get to us. They were very apologetic though. I recommend trying to pick up car rentals prior to 1700.

Pros: I liked the ease of which I found the rental office. The car I got was also in good condition.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that on the confirmation email I received it said someone would be waiting for me at the arrival gate. However I got a phone call and told to find the desk myself. Also how I was Balmedie for the mistake made without further investigation by the desk colleague.

Cons: i was informed someone will wait at Arrivals from the company (got meet&greed service) but upon arriving i called as no-one was there and i was told they do not provide meet and greed service, i had to wait 20minutes for my car.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

Maximum rental age is 98 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, EU countries.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.


In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

During winter season (from 01.11 until 31.03) Winter tires are included in price.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 60 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
