Pick-up instructions
Terminal 1: When you arrive in LYON, a free transfer service from ALYSE shuttle (white or black van with orange ALYSE stickers) will be waiting for you at the P PRO parking. Upon exiting Terminal 1, follow the P PRO signs. Continue towards the SNCF station (birdshaped building) following the PARKING P PRO sign. You will find the ALYSE shuttle service at the P PRO parking lot. If it’s not there, it runs every 30 MINUTES. Terminal 2:When you arrive in Lyon, our shuttle will be waiting for you at Parking P PRO. Follow the signs to the SNCF station (bird-shaped building) and proceed along the sidewalk. Cross the road and go under the covered walkway. When you cross the bridge, you will reach Parking P PRO, where an ALYSE shuttle will be waiting for you. If it is not there, the shuttle runs every 30 MINUTES. Gare SNCF: When you arrive in LYON, an ALYSE shuttle will be waiting for you at Parking P PRO. Upon exiting the TGV station on the Terminal side, follow the pedestrian passage, leaving the covered walkway on your left. Cross the small forecourt of the station and the pedestrian passage towards the terminals.

Pros: The pick up and drop off from the airport to get to the carpark was easy, punctual and the explanations on how to find the place were clear.

Cons: Even though I had booked with full cover with discovercars, the agent at OK Mobility insisted that i'd take their additional cover (so did the manager) and cancel the one with discovercars. Furthermore the agent gave me a calculation saying it would be worth my while to get prepaid diesel with car consumption, distance etc which was a rip off and felt very disingenuous. It is a shame as i had read great reviews but the pressure to pay more really left a negative feeling.

Pros: The Lyon airport pick up point is difficult to find and the office was understaffed, although staff helpful.

Cons: In France warning triangles and high visibility vests are a legal requirement. These were not provided. The front tyres were quite worn and very close to the legal limit of 1.6mm.

Pros: Staff were all friendly and spoke very good English. Smooth & quick collection and drop off of the car. Despite being airport off site car hire, we felt the distance in minibus was no longer than taking the airport shuttle for on site car hire we've used previously at Lyon airport.

Cons: A little more clarity around exact PRO P shuttle bus stop in car park & when they would arrive. We tried to phone but couldn't get through. So was a little wait for our initial pick up from the airport.

Cons: They have not yet released deposit 10 days after return of the car. Location is 5 minutes drive from airport by the shuttle, which is not easy to find. Customers forced to film damages to the car on during the pick-up and show videos at the return.

Pros: I was in difficulties and the staff were super helpful.

Cons: I was upgraded to full insurance when I had already purchased excess cover insurance elsewhere. Because of my other difficulties and confusion I ended up agreeing to pay more than I needed to. This was my problem rather than that of your staff who were doing their best to help me.

Pros: Everything - nice car, very competitive price, very helpful and polite staff, quick service OK Mobility are one of the best car rental companies we ever dealt with, highly recommended!

Cons: After arrival at the airport we had some toruble fining their pick-up bus location,until helped by the information counter. Should provide better advance information about exactly where to go to join the transfer bus.

Cons: They were meant to open at 08:30 for drop off’s, but no one turned up until gone 09:00, meaning there was a large number of customers waiting to return their vehicles. We had to book a last minute taxi to get to the airport, added stress, almost missed our flight, had to take a risk and leave the car outside and pass the keys to the employee on the hope everything was ok.

Cons: Initially we rented the car between the dates 5-8th dec. Then, we wanted to extend it to the 10th but couldn't reach anyone. Therefore we had to go all the way back to Lyon airport. The personnel told us that we can continue with the same car but we have to sign additional papers and he has to get an additional deposit. We said ok. We took the car full on the 5th and returned it full on the 10th. But to my surprise I have noticed an additional charge on my credit card 178,90 euros!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1500 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1100.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Mileage policy
Mileage is limited to 300 km per day, with a maximum of 3000 km per rental.
For each additional km an additional charge of 0.40 EUR per km will apply.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher. ID documents must be hard copies; documents held on mobile devices will not be accepted.
Deposit and deductible policy



It is only possible to pay and leave a deposit using the same card.
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Written permission from the rental company is required.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: European Union.

Crossing country borders is forbidden to the following countries: Albania, Bulgaria, Romania, United Kingdom.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 01.11 to 31.03 in the following regions: Ain, Allier, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, Hautes-Alpes, Alpes-Maritimes, Ardeche, Ariege, Aude, Aveyron, Cantal, Doubs, Drome, Haute-Garonne, Isere, Jura, Loire, Haute-Loire, Lozere, Moselle, Puy-de-Dome, Pyrénées-Atlantiques, Hautes-Pyrénées, Pyrénées-Orientales, Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin, Rhone, Haute-Saone, Savoie, Haute-Savoie, Tarn, Var, Vaucluse, Vosges, Territoire de Belfort.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
During the winter season, snow chains are mandatory on roads in mountainous areas that are marked by a road sign.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
