Pros: Willingness of the Milan operator to solve the issue faced by his Roman colleague.
Cons: - I was supposed to be contacted much before the first rental day. I was not. - I was kept on the phone far too long by the Roman desk who was trying to upgrade my contract but was having IT system issues, forcing me to dictate twice ALL the data already given in the contract I made with discovercars.com.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1300.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Mileage policy
For rentals of 1–27 days, mileage is unlimited.
For rentals of 28 days or more, mileage is limited to 4500 km per rental.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
