Pros: Friendly and helpful
Cons: The car was not in great condition. Faulty headlamp and rough sounding engine with other knocks, taps. The worst part was the lack of assistance from the Top Rent call centre when the battery went flat. Slow to call back and then Wanted to charge us for recovery! We sorted it ourself in the end by borrowing jump leads from a friend.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1000 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 400.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Winter tires, Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The Security Deposit will double if the renter's age is from 21 to 23.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, ID card, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The maximum rental period per agreement is 25 days.
If the customer would like to extend the rental period, he/she should return to the car rental office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 01.03.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.

Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge. The supplier will hold the vehicle for 240 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
