Cons: The car. The car was changed from what I was expecting after booking it. The car was dirty outside and old dirty what inside. Left mirror controller wasn't working, I had it to adjust it manually. When driving car makes plastic noises here and there. The seatbelt does not look safe or 100% working, it was jamming and I would not trust that it is working, it wasn't retracting easily. The windshield had a small crack in the front. No windshield fluid basically (or dirty nozzles). Many things...

Pros: The owner is extremely sweet and helpful. The cars may not be brand new, but they work. You get what you pay for, and you know you are choosing Bojone because they are cheap. So don't compare these with high street options. Best thing about them is that they don't aggressively upsell. fers great value for money. I got Upgraded, as I originally booked a small car but the owner gave me a large MPV. This was a great luck, cuz we took it to Romania and having a large family hauler really helped.

Pros: They delivered an excellent car to Arrivals Hall, no need to look for it or be transferred, no messing about. Agent was most helpful & informative. Enjoyed a super easy drop off too. Simply the best car hire I’ve ever had, thank you Bojone.

Pros: I had a few expectations for the car (I'm not demanding). The car had to be efficient, big enough, have boosterseats for children, have air conditioning and not break down during the rental. All requirements were met.

Cons: When ordering a car on the website, I indicated that I needed to travel to Romania, but the agent did not receive this information and I had to wait until the documents were prepared. It turned out to be impossible to pay for documents for travel abroad with a bank card.

Pros: We had an issue at the end with a phone being left in the car- they came straight back, drove us to where the car was parked and sorted out with speed and effectively so as not to miss our flight. It’s the little things.

Pros: The agent lady was very friendly and helped us with all documents. The car was brought to us just outside the terminal when we signed off all documents. The whole process took less than 10mins. Dropping off the car was very easy too - the agent was waiting for us and we just have the keys to her. Highly recommend!

Cons: Cash payment during car pickup - there was no note in the agreement or conversation, that I have to pay by cash the whole amount at the car pickup. That should be told to customer in advance...not everybody has on hand 350 eur in cash. Air leak on of the tires - this should not happen, if technical checks are done correctly. fuel consumption of the car was quite high - 8.5l / 100km (Mazda 3, automatic trasmission, model year 2010) The car had already around 180 000 km.
